I went here to buy a cup of coffee and a gentleman that works there by the name of Alex told me I’m going to have to wait to get my cup of coffee as the machine is not ready yet since they are out of coffee. He said the machine has only one minute left however I waited 20 minutes. After I receive the coffee and was able to take a first sip at it since it was extremely hot more than ever I then and only then realized the reason why it was extremely hot was he took the old Batch of coffee and remade the coffee again then realizing to add water. My coffee has been triple diluted simply water and old disgusting burnt beans. When I love I did not really understand why Alex gave me a weird look however now I understand I have been fooled and deceived by this disgusting man

The server was mega friendly, a five star welcome, even after we hurt her feelings on our view about the awful taste of American chocolate as we were avoiding donuts with chocolate in or on top. The hot and ice coffees were ace good. The waffle cone ice creams tasted quite good too. The donuts seemed a little on the stale side though, which surprised and disappointed us so it’s three stars. There’s a deal on with 12 donuts at £4 ($ 6) but I can’t see us buying them here again as they are stale.

Slowest Dunkin Donuts ever!!! No one in line but me and one other guy and took 10 – 12 minutes to get a freakin coffee. Girl behind the counter only took care of the drive thru not the line. She kept ignoring us even though she kept saying I will be right there. We would have never got served if someone didn’t come out of the back and help us.

I go here often but they always get my order wrong. No matter how many times I come here and order a large iced coffee, extra creamer, no sugar, and 3 pumps of blueberry they always miss something or everything. What a mission!

I’m done with this location. The employees are nice enough but lately every time I go through the drive thru I have a hard time understanding whoever is taking my order and vice versa. They frequently get my order incorrect and the donuts are not fresh. From now on I’m driving a few miles down to the new Dunkin’ Donuts in the plaza on Sand Lake and Turkey Lake.

Pretty funny, I’m not from around these here parts… I ordered a Venti soy matcha green teas latte and got a blank stare. So I changed to soy americano… blank stare. They have great coffee and cream as well as cheese Danishes.

Barista said the latte would be strong, it was! Now i think a helicopter is following me. Free wifi too, early morning hardly a crowd. mostly in and out. Room for sitting and using laptop, 3+ outlets to use.

I stop by here for breakfast almost every morning. Their drive thru is fast and only once did they not have my order ready and they just had me pull forward and came to my car with the rest of the order. My drink is always hot but not so bad that I can’t drink it. Haven’t been inside simply bc I hit this place up before work but what I think is most important is how friendly the girls at the drive thru are.

We happened to be in the area early in the morning and came here for breakfast. We ordered a couple of ham/egg bagels and coffee. Both were good and fresh. The staff was very friendly. Before leaving we ordered half a dozen donuts. They were delicious. We will definitely return if in the area again.

Great service, and wonderful treats. This is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins combo store. We came in for ice cream and left happy, like a couple of kids even.
The store is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us save a few bucks with a special deal (a promo we hadn’t noticed). Prices are average by national standards, not inflated due to being in a tourist town (as is the case with many other chains in Orlando).
Stop here for a nice cooldown on a hot day.
