Logan’s Roadhouse

We have been to many Logan locations, we have even been at this location a few times. This whole chain has gotten so bad!!! Overpriced crap!!! Tasteless shrimp!!! Tough steak!!! Underdone wings!!! Bad slow service!!! We haven’t been to a Logan’s in almost 2 years, we saw new menu and thought oh let’s give them another try. Way wrong decision! Just stay away!!! You won’t be happy and be absolutely pissed like we are now!!! I can’t see how they are still open serving the crap they serve!!! We used to drive over an hour to eat here 4 years ago, now I wanna drive an hour away from this place!!!

Our server was working hard but the chef’s there stink. They took about 20 – 25 min to bring our food out and it wasn’t busy only 2 other families there. I got my filet mignon and it was cold to go with most of our food. I tried my girlfriend’s food and it was also cold, she got the steak with lobster. Both items cold. So I just left it as is and took it home to heat it up. Never going back to it again. The supervisor took my meal off of my receipt but still they need to hire better chefs

What horrible service. The parking lot was almost empty and it still took almost 30 minutes just to get two burgers! When the manager was told about it she was not apologetic at all, but instead gave us attitude! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

First time at a Logans. I liked it. The service was fantastic, our waitresses name was Brittany. She was very sweet and knowledable. I don’t personally like the fries or croutons but, that’s a personal preference. Otherwise, it was great!

We usually eat here on Sunday’s. Popped in tonight around 5:30 they were unusually busy. Waited over an hour for food, server wasn’t very attentive. Everyone just seemed out of it. Not a very good experience tonight.

Want a great steak dinner this is the place. The service is terrific. Food better then most places like this type of restaurant. The server we had was named Hannah. We have been here several times and have asked for Hannah every time. I have never been disappointed.

Stopped in for a meal after work. Not too busy when I was there and bartender was quick with my drink and asked if I had any questions. I believe his name was Ken and was very friendly and courteous. When ordered food it came out quickly and was very good had the zucchini fries which were very good and then the t bone steak medium rare. When steak came out I was asked to cut into to see if was to my liking. Was very good and manager asked how everything was. Also purchased the meatloaf for the next day and this when I nuked it was very filling and good. Beer selection for draft was lacking. Overall a great experience, friendly staff and courteous.

The food was great
Had to wait 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. The manager was cooking and he did not have on a beard net. The male servers that had beards also did not have beard nets on. The health department should do something about them.
I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

This meal started off bad. They hid the 2 for 14.99 menu just in case we didn’t know about it. They also stated us off with two rolls that’s it. There is also a sign at the front for 3.00 drinks and appetizers. There’s no mention of that on the menu.
As for our meals I had to ask my server Celeste for my salad. I said «does my salad come with the meal or before». She said my bad and brought them out. Only problem is no croutons. Is this a thing here? I’ve never had a caesar without them.
My 6oz sirloin was okay. I asked for medium got little more on the done side. It was seasoned perfectly although a kinda sad quality of meat. The loaded baked potato was nothing special not much bacon to speak of.
Overall if you want the 2 for 14.99 forget it. The food was okay not amazing. It was filling but not much more then that.

I wish there was a no star option. This place is by far the worst we have every ate at. The only good thing was our waitress. First let’s start with the appetizer. We got the queso and most of the chips were stale then out dinner. I got the 6oz steak she got Salom with shrimp. I ordered med it came out med well not a big deal but I got the mashed potatoes and they were straight disgusting. Now her shrimp were just all white and Burton crisp on the edge. No flavor. We returned them and the manager didn’t charge us bc he even said they were bad. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone it was just bad and the quality is horrible. It’s a wanna be Texas Roadhouse.

Went for dinner last night with my wife and the food was awesome and our server Jeff was so amazing! Great service and great food. Have been here before two years ago while on vacation and it’s definitely worth the trip each time.

No bread?!? What the heck? LoL all the reviews praised their bread! I have not been to a Logan’s in many, many years. And as I recalled it was a great experience. One of my favorite items in a steakhouse is the bread.
Also, it took the waitress almost 5 minutes to even greet the table. Most places have a 30 second or less greet time. At least she did apologize.
Did I mention, NO BREAD!?! It was a holiday weekend, one would have thought they would have planned ahead.
The funny thing is, I drove by another Logan’s yesterday and the parking lot was only half full on a Saturday evening, just after 7p.m. I asked my friend why, when all the other restaurants close by had lines outside the door.
Once the food came out, decent ticket time, the pork chop had a funny smell and taste. Sent back. The steak was rubbery and undercook for my taste. That’s not to big of a deal to me personally.
We did kindly explained everything to the manager. He did end up comping our meals and gave us a free appetizer to come back due to recent manager changes and this was not their best performance.
I think I’ll stick to Texas Roadhouse!!!

Service is always good. Had to wait a little longer than usual last time we went there due to a larger crowd, but hey, it happens. Food was delicious. I love their biscuits… could fill up on just the bread alone!

I’ve always been a fan of Logan’s. It’s nothing special but it also never disappoints.
Cheap entrees, the best bread ever, and peanuts you can throw on the floor are things you can look forward to when going to Logan’s.
This location is way better than the location at The Loop.
And seriously, I love throwing the peanuts on the floor for no reason.

Worst customer service. Asked for a manager waited 15 min. REALLY never showed up. Never got menues. Was seated by some lady??? I’m guessing. Came back asked for drinks and my husband asked for menus and we get the eye rolling super drama attitude. Then she THREW them on the table walked off came back and said «what you drink» really ??? Lack of language skills as well.

Food was horrible service was even worse. Our plates all came out separately nothing was right and there were no apologies.. PLEASE save your money !!! #fact

Sat in the bar, and service was great! there are so many specials during happy hour (which we arrived during the tail end of… but it circled back around while we were there!). I didn’t like the moonshine cocktail I had, but the food was much better than I expected. The chips and queso were yummy and the friend mushrooms were incredible. I’m not a fan of peanut shells on teh floor, but I was distracted into bliss by the buttery rolls

Went here for my Birthday dinner with my family and had a really good meal. I had the Onion Brewski Sirloin which is my favorite with a ceasar salad and a loaded baked potato. Did I mention all the yeast rolls I could eat? Who doesn’t love those little pillows of deliciousness? I filled up on these as usual and took home most of my dinner for some yummy left overs the next day. The waitress was attentive and brought us things as needed. Overall it was a nice night with some great company!

I was happy with the food and the service. I just want to point out to the manager on duty there.
My visit was at 8pm on 8−12−15 seating at a table in the bar area.
After hearing the manager speak to the table next to us about his vast experience in the restaurant business. I waned to share what I saw in the front of the house. The table behind me sat 25 mins not being cleared. The bartender spends way to much time texting on his phone while working the bar.
Phone use is a NO when in the front of the house.
The restaurant is very slow tonight but the teamwork of the hostess clearing a table is not there. My waitress walked past the empty table many times.
My only concern is someone needs to make sure the employees are doing their job wether slow or busy.
This above impacted no one’s visit but employees not doing their job bothers me.

The food is tasty… they also have surprisingly good salads. Their bread rolls (aka «yeast rolls») are some of the best bread you will ever eat.
Best of all… there is a bucket of peanuts awaiting you at your table, and you are invited to throw the shells on the floor. It sort of makes you feel like a King (or perhaps like a toddler)… making a mess, for other people to clean up. :)
