EOS Apartments

I’ve lived in many communities, this one is definitely my favorite especially since it’s brand new! I use the doggy boutique room every week to give my dog a bath and avoid having dirty paws on my carpet. It’s still under construction in some areas of the building. The management staff is very friendly and helpful. The valet trash is awesome! It’s available for residents on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, no more taking trash bags to the dumpster. The apt interior is very well thought out, I absolutely love the stainless steal ceiling fans, door knobs, granite counter top, and the shower is huge! Throughout the building there are relaxation spots that are beautifully decorated, and lots of outdoor dining spaces to entertain guests. I am very excited for the little dog park to open up, that was definitely on my wishlist when apartment hunting.
The clubhouse is beyond nice! Modern lounging areas, retro arcade games, pool table, big kitchen, media cave and complimentary Starbucks coffee and tea. Gym has all new equipment and is open 24 hours, very convenient.
I love having a Wawa and Publix within walking distance, there is currently a Wells Fargo bank being built in the same plaza.

Beautiful community and great location within walking distance to Publix. It is still partially under construction, but has alot of nice amenities. The doggy spa, coffee machine and media cave were my favorites! The apartments were also unique, I like the white cabinets as they brighten up the kitchen.
