This place is amazing for college students. There is so much to do and they always have little events and and prize contests going on. The apartment prices are also reasonable for everything they provide you.

The Lofts has really done a lot of new and fun things lately. I think they’re really trying to have different events that fit everyone’s likes and it’s really awesome.

I love the Lofts & I never wanna move out! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and maintenance always comes within a reasonable amount of time.

This place is horrible. They are used to having college kids with parents who have bottomless wallets, so they are inclined to charge for damages and cleaning that are not necessary without a single ounce of shame. The management is run so horribly that it is not uncommon to have to write a second check becuase they lost the first. The real problem is that they will insist you did not pay and you will have to pay late charges. It was a horrible experience and with the vast amount of housing here in Orlando, there is no reason to live here.
