Holly is amazing. This place is always very clean. I have been coming here for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owners are also a wonderful sweet couple. I would recommend this place to anyone.

No. Appointment time was late 20 minutes, walkins were served first, on phone while giving me a pedicure. Cold water. Extreme language barrier. This was their second chance. My last pedicure lasted 1 week and polish was coming off. Not coming back. Sometimes it’s worth paying more to get tolerable customer service. Sorry«expert» nails. You have a few things to work on, my feet is not one of them. I tried to explain while I was here — no one understood.

Love this place but I just wish they were better with paying attention to walk ins. They can be a little unorganized

I got a medi/pedi here the other day by D.D. She was very welcoming and pleasant. She really took her time and didn’t rush through my service and I really appreciated that. When I visit Orlando in 2 week again I will try to get back there. Great job over all.

The staff is always friendly and get you taken care of within 5min of walking in the door. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. I usually get a gel mani & gel pedi which comes with a free brow wax which I got once and it was the first time I went there. I didn’t like how my eyebrows turned out. thin uneven brows, no thanks. Overall, nice and friendly staff but the gel quality sucks. my nails would peel within 5 days of service. Too expensive for that to be happening. prices are not consistent & changes depending on who does the nails. for example, they charge $ 3 for gel removal. Which sometimes they charge me for or don’t. it’s only 3 bucks but that’s annoying. I

Was late for our appt but seen within 5 mins. They were very busy on a Sun afternoon, so glad we had an appt. They seem to turn around a mani within 15 mins or so. Had a good experience for my first acrylic nails with french tip gels, $ 35(about an hr) — a bit steep but supposed to last 2 – 3 weeks vs 3 – 4 days(I was told) if I am hard on my nails/hands — which I am. Since it was my first time I let my s-dtr tell the tech what«I» wanted. My s-dtr got a regular manicure for $ 12, she’s been here before and liked it. I liked my tech, she was patient and answered my questions. I’m supposed to come back every 2 – 3 weeks for touch up to the acrylics as my nails grow out. I’m not sure I have the time in the long run to do this, but for now I’m looking forward to my nice looking nails.

The service is great here! They are always willing to get you in. About 6 months ago I was coming every two weeks for at least 2 – 3 months and I had such a good experience. I had a technician named Kelly who was sweet, kind and took her time on my nails. They looked better than any nails I have had since moving to Orlando a year ago. I just came back after months to pamper myself and she remembered me right away. I was shocked. If you need a great set of gel nails Kelly is your girl! She asked about my job specifically and what I was up to and all that. Love this place and the service!

I have been going to this place for quite a while. They do in general a good job and their prices are reasonable. But the last couple times I went there it has been a disappointment. I had lost my job and the lady was scalding me because I had not been for a while. Even with that I continued to tip well. The next time, when I declined the deluxe pedicure, she literally started beating up my feet with the pumice. I have also gained some weight because of my depression, and when she finished my eyebrows, she told me to my face I was fat. Trust me lady. I do own a mirror at home. I like their work, but I do not need humiliation and/or abuse. Thanks, but no thanks.

I use to go there frequently, each time I went I made an appointment but had to wait 30 minutes to an hour after my appointment time, which started to really bug me because I didn’t have time to sit around and wait, we are all too busy. The girl I went to had my number and I would also call there prior to going to the establishment to see if she would be on time and each time she said yes but upon arrival it seemed like she had started on someone else’s nails, it’s so disrespectful to do that to someone who is paying and has been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. She was rude and was not apologetic for waiting or anything — frankly I got tired of the rudeness and do not have time to wait around, there are too many other places around here where I can go spend my money. People need to remember that paying customers should receive good customer service.

I enjoyed the services they provided, they are very reasonably priced. Some of the staff was a little distracting whether they were sleeping in front of customers or laughing extremely loud. Other than that, they did a great job on mani pedis.

Love this place! $ 30 manicure and pedicure with a free eyebrow wax if you want it. Professional, kind staff who always get you in and never make you feel rushed or silly for what you want.

I haven’t gotten my nails done here and I probably never will. I came in for a quick cheap eyebrow wax and as economical as $ 8 may be, they should have paid me for my experience there. When the wax specialist came into the room(I didn’t get her name) I started to tell her a little bit about what I wanted because I’m not gonna lie, my brows are a disaster. But this woman not only ignored me, she talked OVER me in whatever obscure language she spoke to the other associate in the room next to us and started waxing right away without hearing what I had to say. Had she listened I would’ve paid more for her to actually shape them bit instead she tried to sell me a lip wax by telling me I needed one because I had«a lotta hair there». I can admit my eyebrows are like baby cousin-its on my forehead but I can honestly tell you my upper lip is quite maintenance-free. Thanks for the complex lady, but save it for a girl with low enough cinfidence to fall for that bs. she continued to put down the condition of my face which I’m very aware of. I thought that was the worst of it but when I got home my eyebrows were extremely red, irritated, and even breaking out in hives. I have never paid more than $ 10 for a wax and this is the first time that has ever happened to me. Having a cheap wax shouldnt include a rash, or at least if it does add it on the menu. My brows are cleaner but nothing was worth that experience. I can’t vouch for the nails but unless you’re into being degraded and having an itchy red face for a day, stay away from the wax!
