I just left this location and was appalled at how who I believe to be the manager on duty, was speaking to one of the employees. This employee made a mistake and the manager was belittling this woman very loudly in front of customers. It made everyone in the FedEx, including the other staff, very uncomfortable. The manager could have easily pulled this woman into the office to discuss what went wrong, but instead humiliated her publicly. It was very unprofessional. Not pleased.

The staff there isn’t that helpful but the manager Julie/​Julia was very helpful when I was there and helped me deal with a mistake on another employees part. She was super willing to help and pleasant to work with.

They got the pack and ship thing wired! Ron is awesome, walked me through shipping the guitar, he assured me there would be no looseness in the box, then he packed it right then so I didn’t have to wonder what kind of job my baby was going to get — stellar job on the bubble wrap, go Ron! You are my hero. Also, the price to ship a 24 lb guitar orlando to Nashville was less than HALF what the ups store wanted. $ 70.55 instead of $ 149.24, rock on Fedex!!!

Have you ever played Super Mario Bros on the Nintendo Wii and just can’t seem to get to the flagpole and beat the castle? And then it keeps making you start ALL O… V…E…R??? OMG that’s what it’s like trying to find parking at this place. I swear I looked like an idiot in Mario Kart circling the block trying not to get hit by the Lynx Limo bus. I kept thinking «really, no meters or anything?» Nope. I started wondering if this was an illusion as my palms sweated trying to pull in somewhere to mail my package. Come to find out after the fact that there is parking alongside the building if you just go through where it says you have to pay… but seriously, how would you know that if you didn’t go in at least once? You wouldn’t. I ended up parking at some meter by an apartment complex and walking.
Anyways, it’s your typical Fedex Office. There’s nothing special about this one. I do have to say that the staff was very friendly and I was in and out in less than five minutes. If you’re not familiar with downtown and all the one-​ways, you may want to bring a wingman or spotter to help you navigate.

What a bad experience, I went in to pickup a package waited 10 minutes in line only to have the woman behind the counter call over someone from another part of the store to help the person standing behind me. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes before I was helped. This is the worst FedEx I have ever been in, it’s one thing to have slow customer service it’s another to skip customers because you know someone.

Painfully slow service by a careless bunch of employees. Don’t come here if you’re seeking efficient and convenient service.

No #Wifi although they claim free Wifi. Two self printers. Helpful honest staff. They say its a service they should not offer.

I have got to say I was very impressed with the level of customer service at this place, it definitely is no «Pop Copy». Picking up an order for a friend who is a regular customer, the clerks were efficient, quick and smiling. One deciding factor for five stars: I forgot my umbrella on a rainy day, and I was lent an umbrella from the manager to keep rain off my chrome dome and work clothes. I can’t say this is the norm. but being a frequent customer as my friend is it was nice to be treated «above and beyond» the call of duty.

I normally send my orders to this Fedex Kinkos using their website, and then stop by to pick them up on my way to work. This relationship works out perfectly, however when you try to print something while you’re in the store, there can be issues.
If you have files on a flash drive, service will probably be great. They can connect you to their main computer and then print out your files.
However, if you don’t have your files, or if they decide that they are too busy, they will push you onto one of their DIY computer stations, at which point you should just leave, because they make you feel like a penny pinching old man with their absurdly overpriced 30 cents a minute computer rental service.
Why would they charge you by the minute so that you can access your email to print something. I noticed that Fedex Kinkos doesn’t serve coffee, and it’s probably because it’s not an internet café. I only want to access your computers to get the thing that I’m going to print with — charging by the minute is extremely unwelcoming.
But don’t get me wrong, I love this Fedex Kinkos because the location is good and sometimes, they really do go above and beyond. However it will get 4 stars instead of 5 until they get rid of their DIY printing setup.

This place has everything that another kinkos would have except the people, or one older blonde staff lady, suck. I don’t really get why you would treat people that are paying you to do a simple job like shit. Am I making you a favor? No, I’m paying. Don’t come here if you can.

So I have used this place a ton of times because of it’s convenience of location. The parking, not so great as the parking lot (behind the building) is super full and it’s a tight fit.
The staff here are pretty friendly and informative. I have emailed items with ease and picked them up the next day, solid!
However, I went in here this week to get some marketing postcards I received off line (they were not cut correctly) to get re-​cut. When I handed over the box, no pricing estimate was given until after i signed the work order and then requested the estimate. For 250 postcards it was about $ 50 to get them cut and this was a little more than the estimate I was given. Also, they were done in a little over an hour so that was good! They called when they were ready too, like they said they would.
Overall, pretty good experience and I will use them again, just wish the estimate was a little closer.

i remember a time when kinkos staff were eager to help. now they just want to shove you over to the «do-​it-​yourself» computers so they can charge you $.30 a minute.
today marks the second time in a month that my project was not large enough to warrent help from employees.
i am happy they are that sucessfull that us little projects no longer matter.
