Awful, awful, awful. Stay away! The restaurant was filthy, the dishes were dirty, the service was awful(even though the place was dead), and the food was disgusting. I’m surprised we didn’t get sick. Don’t do it!

Consistency in food quality remained an issue here. Not sure why management could not get all the kitchen help to make an item the same way. We always had good and friendly service though, which made it more tolerable. Seems that many other patrons were not as forgiving and willing to come back again — they have closed their doors…

This place was HORRIBLE!!! The only good thing about this place is the alfredo pizza, but please… take it to go!!! We ordered our food and requested the antipasto appetizer. About 20 minutes later, the waitress brings two of our entrees(there were three of us) and says that the chef was confused by our order, so the antipasto and my entrée were coming out soon. Not wanting their food to get cold, I told them to go ahead and eat assuming mine would be right out. About 15 minutes later, they’re almost done with their food and I still hadn’t gotten my food or our appetizer. I got up to ask the waitress & as soon as she saw me, she rushed passed and said it was almost up. Now, antipasto is just cold veggies and cheese… nothing needed to be cooked! So what was taking so long??? We were literally the only table there! It was very obvious that she forgot to put the appetizer in because she didn’t write down anything we ordered. When my food and the antipasto FINALLY came out, they were hardly worth the wait. The waitress set it down and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. She actually knocked some of the pita bread off the plate and onto the table and didn’t even apologize!!! The antipasto was basically just a salad with about 5 store bought slices of pepperoni and about 6 slices of olives. Everything was all mixed together so we had to eat it with a fork instead of munching on individual components. I ordered the chicken scaloppini and was not impressed. The amount of oil on the plate was overwhelming and I couldn’t eat more than a few bites. The capers tasted odd, like maybe they were old and the chicken wasn’t breaded at all like it was advertised. I think the thing that was most annoying was how little the waitress actually cared about our horrible service. I mean, my party was done eating when my food and our APPETIZER were brought out! No apology, no manager came over… it was just ignored like this was a common occurrence. We will definitely NOT be returning and giving this horrible business ANY more of our money!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I’ve been here multiple times and I really enjoy it. I typically go on Wednesday for 35 cent wings, which aren’t amazing but definitely good for the price. I’ve only had the pizza once, and while it was a bit too greasy it was absolutely delicious. Granted I don’t go to Flat Rocks unless it’s Wednesday for their cheap wings, I find that their food is good and in my opinion all the bad reviews I’m seeing don’t match up with my experience.

Orders are constantly messed up. And when i point out problems to the servers they do nothing but apologize and make no attempt to fix the order. We had visited several weeks in a row due to specials they offer, but low price doesnt make up for lousy service. The food quality is ok and most servers are waiting for a restaurant right in front of them to open so they can move there due to how slow it is at this place. But i would argue this place is so slow due to the service.

The first time that we went to Flat Rocks, we sat for a half hour without being served before we walked out. We decided to give them a second chance, and nearly 24 hours later we are still regretting it. The food was mediocre, and we’ve both been sick for a full day since eating there.

I’ve been here twice, and while the menu items show potential, the execution is terrible. The flatbread is chewy and dry, and the amount of toppings was very sparse. You definitely do not get your money’s worth. Overall, there is little reason to visit Flat Rocks Pizza.

Yes, service can be slow, but I think the pizza is pretty decent here and the value is phenomenal, especially for Disney Cast Members. As a native New Yorker, their pizza is a far cry from NY, but good for what it is. The servers are always very nice and accommodating. I will keep coming back here because its a great value.

We used to be happy coming here, but on top of constantly messing up our orders, the food takes FOREVER to come out. 25 minutes for Garlic Bread appetizer and 20 minutes for a side salad! Then, our check is always wrong. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming here anymore. Can get better service elsewhere.

The great, the good and the average… First the great. I had a great pasta dish of fettuccini with scallops and shrimp with vodka cream sauce that was huge, had tons of seafood and was delicious! Shockingly great dinner for under $ 14! My husband had a sausage flatbread pizza that he said was very good. The average? The place itself is just boring in general. We just happen to find this place cause we were driving by and we were hungry and not picky but all in all, dinner for four of us, under $ 50 and everyone happy.

Absolutely disgusting! The worst pizza and calamari I’ve ever had! U can’t even call that pizza, the sauce tasted like Rago and the dough was extremely thin with a huge puffy crust. And the calamari were thick an nasty, def the frozen kind! would never go back there! Get a Digiorno pizza, it would be much better!

Disappointing, would not eat here again. The pictures on their website look NOTHING like the actual food. Their«Handmade Pizza» reminded me of Domino’s and was cooked on the same conveyor belt type oven. Has anyone if Florida heard of a real pizza oven? It was horrible, undercooked crust, no taste. The Calamari was obviously frozen(could taste the freezer burn) and cooked soggy to my liking… Fried Calamari is supposed to be crispy! All in all I would NOT recommend.

Our first visit and we were not disappointed. The lunch special of unlimited salad and pasta was wonderful, as was the Parmesan crusted chicken. Service good, beer cold. Booths have TV and Internet. You can even connect your computer to the TV to share. Cool.

This was our first visit and after reading the reviews on Unilocal,I was skeptical about our choice. However, it all turned out pretty good. We went on a Tuesday buy one pasta get one free. About 2⁄3 full. We were seated quickly and with our drinks and order taken fast as well. We ordered a house and Greek salad. Both has good veggies, and were well dressed(aka not drowning in liquid). Service was good. Wife ordered a glass of wine that tasted off, and they took it back and gave another one without any issue. My Rigatoni with Meat Sauce was tasty and reasonably done. Wife had the Shrimp and Scallop Scampi. Good amount of seafood with a good flavor. All in all a solid choice for dinner.

This is a bad imitation or at least what perceived an attempt of previously owned«American Pizza Pie and Company.» Like other reviewers, the service was slow yet friendly. It was Kid Nights(Thursday) therefore our children got free entrees which is just more pizza amongst us :) The pizza sauce and crust was rather uninspired. I could almost testify that they must be using Prego for the sauce and used some Kraft cheese(sans grocery store quality) to throw onto the pizza. It is too bad that I’ve experienced better because this is a nice location and atmosphere, it was just poorly utilized. Just head elsewhere for better tasting pizza.

Food is good, I gave it 2 stars for BADSERVICE. We got a table outside because I went with my dog. Our server was nice but slooooow and very careless. I asked how was the chipotle crab flatbread, her answer:” I don’t know I have never had it before”… what? at least lie about it and tell me is good. I order a shrimp and scallop flatbread never saw her again until like 10 — 15 minutes later she came with a cheese flatbread for me… I had to go inside the restaurant and get her because I knew she wasn’t coming back in a while… Long story short… If you go get ready for bad service but good food!

Really disappointed in the last few visits… started off strong but has really declined… food has become ho-hum, the dining room is starting to look worn and the staff doesn’t seem to be as excited as they were in the beginning… really hope to see this turn around because the idea is promising.

My dad and brother love this place(actually I think they love Denise their favorite waitress the most) so my kids and I joined them at lunch. This place should be embarrassed at what they serve for a kids meal!!! $ 6.95 for three chicken fingers and a tiny(and I mean TINY) cup of mandarin oranges. Granted the chicken was yummy(not frozen, over-breaded typical kids meal fare, but handmade, small version of what they serve the adults), but the meal was so small my 3 and 4 year olds needed lunch after their appetizer. Speaking of appetizers, the fried cheese was not frozen but made fresh and quite good, but again way over-priced in my opinion. I ordered the grilled steak flat bread for lunch. Again, way overpriced! If it had been overflowing with steak, it might have been worth $ 8.95, but it barely had any steak on it at all. It also had blue cheese on it. A little blue cheese goes a long way. It was smothered and WAY too much. Totally overpowering! I was happy to see fresh berries on the dessert menu for my kids. I was told when I ordered them that they were all out. Really not a good dining experience overall. Next time we get a lunch invitation there, we will skip it.

A new restaurant opened up in the villages at Hunters Creek. Flat Rocks has taken over where American Pie used to be. Unfortunately this place failed to impress on a food level. They serve up apps, flat bread and traditional pizzas. While the service was friendly and attentive, and the place was cleaned and adorned with fresh herbs, what we ordered just didn’t do it for us. I enjoyed the strawberry basil lemon aid and we chose calamari as our appetizer. As we ate it our conversation became a discussion on what exactly we were eating. We couldn’t figure it out. Was is over breaded, was it even calamari. It was like they took calamari and pulverized it, then squeezed it back out to make a tube form that connected together into a circle. The lettuce served with the calamari was unnecessary it didn’t add anything to the plate, It just sat there as if just being something to fill the plate up. We ordered the sausage flat bread and split it. The server was nice enough to give us separate plates. She asked if we would like a balsamic vinegar drizzled on the flat bread. Sure, we said. When it arrived I noticed that the balsamic vinegar drizzle I was hope for was a little it thicker than I had imagined. It’s like the cut the tip for the squirt bottle too large, with balsamic vinegar a little can go along way. The sausage flat bread was okay. The sausage was just this dull grey lump, that was neither pleasant to look at or all that flavorful. Next time I’ll stick with the Strawberry Basil Lemon aid and go for a tradition pizza pie instead.

We’ve been there twice. Love their decoration and atmosphere. The place is very nice, each table has their own flat screen TV plus a few other big flat screens around the restaurant. We have tried flat breads, pizza and it’s all delicious. They also have pasta, salads. Today I had a salmon flat bread with dill sauce, it was delicious! Friday they have FLATBREADFRIDAY, 2OFF any flat bread. Service is great, Denise is a sweetheart.
