I wish I could give this negative stars. This store is absolutely awful every single time. I walked into the store looking to purchase the Rock Band 4 band bundle. The gentlemen working at the counter both seemed slightly confused at what exactly I was asking for — it was strange. After 15min of them finally locating the bundle they had told me they needed to call the person who preordered the game — even though it came out like a month ago!!! Not sure why they wouldn’t think to do that earlier. The person, of course, said they were going to come pick it up. I should have just walked away then but I am accustomed to game stop employees helping me locate other stores that have what you’re looking for in stock. So I ask him to check and he stares bewildered at the computer for a moment and then«attempts» to call the store that looks promising. The call didn’t go through — at least that’s how it appeared. Not exactly sure what short circuited in his brain because I watched him stare blankly ahead, not trying to phone the store again, and not saying anything to me as well. I was honestly confused at what his angle was exactly. Should I be reminding him that he’s trying to help a customer? I decided to walk out because I felt I had wasted enough time in that black hole.

It’s Gamestop, you know? The staff here are cool, and the prices are standardized, so there’s not much to compare with other Gamestop stores. The store is neat and orderly. I will say that the staff here don’t hound you about reserving things you have no interest in. I really appreciate that. I know how to ask for help if I need it.

In the past I’ve been disappointed with the customer service. It was so bad i actually came back the next day to share my experience with the manager. The last two visits have been the complete opposite. The employee Zach was extremely professional. Keep up the good work.

I have dealt with GameStop for over 10 years. It has been a good experience for the most part but this location must send its worst employees there. I’ve been cut off mid sentence so the employee can thank his friend for the food and so he can grab a bite or two. I’ve been accused of stealing and burning games. People on the clock talking their friends and refusing to help me. The last straw I had purchased a game for my brother for Xmas. He lives in another state. I find out he has that game so I returned it. He calls to tell me that he just got the game I just bought him. So less than 24 hours later I return to switch it out. The employee has he can’t return it because it is a one return limit. I haven’t heard that. I remind him that I have 5 days to return no questions. He says he doesn’t have to accept it. I ask for the district managers name and he says there isn’t one!!! Wow. Steer clear of these clowns
