Gotta love a store where the employees are encouraged to work in cosplay! Both locations in the mall, while rather busy were fortunately staffed by quirky, helpful «super» geeks who knew their job and products.

This GameStop definitely had more used games than the GS at my mall in Palm Beach, probably by 10 more racks. My husband was able to find a couple of used XBox games for a really great deal. The guy at the register was real helpful with warranty issues and stuff to ensure that if anything happened to the games we bought– both new and used– it’d be covered.

The employees at this location are wonderful. Truly, I have never seen employees in a Game Stop who are so friendly and helpful! I was looking for a game my husband has been wanting for the PS3 and I couldn’t remember the name of it. Three employees were helping look for this game and the store was crowded. Now that’s some excellent customer service! They finally found the game — Yay! I think they were just as happy as I was because they managed to find it having only little information from me LOL Video games just aren’t my forte! :)
