Wow been a long time customer of Graves… Spent thousands of dollars on heli’S and parts…
Walked in February 12^th and ask for Jason… I was told in a stern voice Jason no king works here…
It’s obvious an unhappy separation!
The team currently was focused on throwing other employees under the bus instead of customer service.
Bottomline I drive thru Orlando about once a week and always stop by Graves…
I guess this was the last stop!

Great place to pick up your first rc or spare parts. .staff is super knowledgeable, Walked in on a whim. I have been wanting a R/​C vehicle since I was a kid. Since I recently got a Syma Quad copter I thought it be time to see about a car or truck.
Sensory overload when you walk in which is great. I love building and customizing everything I touch. This was amazing place to start. The guy in the car section really knew his stuff (while eating bk nuggets).lol
I ended up walking out of there with a rustler with an extra battery pack for under $ 300 bucks which is awesome. The pricing is better than any online retailer I searched Amazon included.
I will say go check them out if you’re not too sure what you want or which model will fit your needs.

They seem to have it all. Every time I’ve needed a part, whether its some carbon fiber, spare props or a new toy they always have it.
The staff is knowledgeable and sometimes if your not sure what you need, just explain it to the best of your ability and someone can direct you to the right part or another staff member to help out.
Better to buy here than online, same price and you get the service here.

All kinds of RC parts. Been there several times now and customer support has gotten a lot better. Mark in planes is super cool and was able to assist with an issue. Got taken care off quickly. The cashier lady IS super nice.

This place is awesome! We walked in on a busy Saturday just to check the place out. It’s one of those places you drive by and always mean to stop… Anyway, this Saturday the place was bustling. We were greeted by several employees and manage to navigate through the maze of cluttered rooms. You’d have to know what you were looking for in here– there were tons of tiny parts that I could make no sense of.
We made our way into one narrow room that must have been the helicopter room. We were given a detailed lesson on RC helis and allowed to try their simulator. The guy who helped us was very nice and patiently explained all the different levels of helis and their different functions, abilities, etc. Although we didn’t plan on it we ended up leaving with an awesome copter for $ 100. This was way better than those little helis you’d buy in a toy store! We spent the evening playing with our new toy! We also made our way into the cool RC car room. We will be coming back to buy my son an RC Monster Truck. The have large trucks modeled after the actual Monster Trucks– Grave Digger, Maximum Destruction, etc… These puppies go 35mph out of the box and can be upgraded from there. Every little boy’s (and even BIG boys, lol) dream come true!

If you are an RC hobbyist this is the place for you.
I was here on Saturday with my husband — he knew what he was looking for, which is a good thing. There were a lot of people there and we may have never gotten help from the staff. We waited at the counter for a while and a guy said he’d be right with us. We waited and waited and after about 5 minutes, my husband said he could probably find what he needed (which he did).
We paid for our purchase and the cashier didn’t say thank you. A pet peeve of mine.
I know we’ll be back because they have everything, and I mean everything, RC. A little help and a thank you would be nice though.
