Wow, talk about creating something beautiful out of something so ordinary… Jill and Giovanni were careful to make sure they created what I described. I brought to them a photograph, lanyard and a soccer medal. They created a memory for my son.

This is a Husband and Wife team that runs the shop. Both as local as you can get. They were very helpful and informative in helping me select the frames and liners for a wall project I was completing in my house.

After My wife had graduated from Nursing school and Successfully completed her Licensure Examination, I «intercepted» her mail from the State that contained her formal license. I’ve used several other framers here in Orlando, and have been «just» satisfied. I wanted to do something special for her, she had worked VERY hard for that license, so I searched for Custom Framers and got to meet the owners here. I informed them of my story, and They Seemed as excited for my wife’s accomplishment as I was. Then they took their time in showing me different ideas on how to do the framing, showing me many types of frame and matting materials. I was truly amazed at the amount of effort they devoted to my very small «project». The finished product was far greater than I could have imagined just the day before. The look on my wife’s face when I surprised her with it will always be in my memory, and I want to thank Jill and Giovanni for the enthusiasm with which they took care of my needs, and how wonderfully they accomplished the work I asked them to do with such Detailed Quality.
