2 Stars for a store with mountains of fashionable options, bus-loads of shoppers, but never enough registers open. H&M is at the forefront of fast, inexpensive fashion. Fast, referring to the fact that the styles jump from the runway to the rack very quickly, not referring to the speed at which you’ll be able to pay and leave. Somewhat like Zara, this is one of those shops that has been able to democratize fashion and make it affordable to more than just the folks sitting front row at the fashion shows. They’ve sped up the time between designing and manufacturing so that we get current trends right when they’re at their peak. The clothes may not be impeccable or of a very high quality, but they don’t have to be. They’re by their very nature fleeting. Kudos to the brand for having their finger on the pulse of fashion while staying affordable(albeit not really a poster child for sustainability). The issue I run into every time I come here though is the lack of registers open to accommodate the amount of shoppers on a weekend afternoon. This past weekend I looked around as I waited in a never-ending line for the 2 cash registers that were open and noticed that I wasn’t the only one looking from my handful of cheap outfits to the line ahead of me and back… Weighing the option of throwing the clothes into the bin of socks and hair ties and calling it quits. Are these three tops worth the wait? Are they going to last more than three washes? Are those four employees hanging out and chatting happily behind the counter ever going to open another register? For such a large store with such a huge fitting room(that’s pretty efficiently run, I might add), it would help a lot if they kept more staff at the registers to get people in and out. And finally, I’d suggest that the fitting room floors be cleaned more often since they get pretty dirty pretty quickly. I won’t say I won’t be back, but I’ll go in prepared to wait.

It’s a nice H&M clothing wise, the prices are a little bit higher but you can still find plenty of good deals. The main problem with this location is that it’s in the Millenia Mall aka Tourist Central. The store might not even look crowded but the line is always wrapped around and takes 30 minutes to get through and you have tourists in front of you jumping in and out of line, reaching(rudely) over you to dig into one of the impulse boxes that are in the cash line, gosh it’s nauseating. I try to avoid this store.

I understand this particular store is very busy and full of tourists like myself but they need to hire more staff to accommodate large crowds of people. I just needed to find one item and the one employee on the floor was too busy chit chatting with his friend to notice I(or anyone else for that matter) needed help. I dont expect to have a red carpet rolled out for me but their customer service is a joke for how large of a store it is. I wish i would have spent my money elsewhere.

Prices are expensive. Some times they run good sales. We were there on a sale day. Found a great deal on a jacket. We spent so much time in line. They had a queue line that was over flowing to the other side of the store. Crazy to think people were mad that only 5 registers were open. We were in line for 36 min before checking out on a Sunday afternoon.

I decided to stop in since I needed an outfit for an event that is coming up. My visit there was just alright. I felt like I had to figure alot of stuff out by myself. Nobody really approached me to see if I needed help. Other than that I liked what I picked out and they have alot of interesting things.

Stores like this make me appreciate online shopping. The employees at the fitting room were extremely rude. To start, when I walked up to the counter an employee snapped at me and my daughter to wait behind the line(the line being the grout line in the tile, there was nobody else there). After my daughter went back to the dressing room I had the pleasure of listening to the employees complaining about their jobs. Awesome. When my daughter came out none of the employees even acknowledged us, asked how the clothes worked out, or even indicated where to put the clothes she didn’t want. It was infuriating. I still have hope in H&M, and I can’t imagine that particular set of employees will last long, so I’m sure I’ll give it another chance, but not anytime soon.

There is always a huge line. Obviously avoid on weekends but if you find yourself here on a weekend, don’t expect to see an employee except for behind the register. It’s full of tourists so be in a good mood to deal with crowds :) I adore that I can walk in here and get a cute shirt for a decent price but prepare to only wear what you buy from here for a max of 2 months. The quality is pretty bad. Everything is overpacked on the fixtures and they are all so tightly packed together. With every turn you knock something off. It’s a huge store tho so if you like H&M their selection is large.

Came back to see if the beeping registers were still beeping. Still beeping. Really nice tattooed gentleman with a beard rang me up-very sweet dude!

I like the store. They have some interesting clothes I mainly like the accessories. The sizing is weird I’m not sure where their size chart came from. Which is why I like to stick to their accessories. They have a ton of nice accessories so I can dress up any outfit. They also have unique hair accessories, I purchase the largest hair bun filler thing I’ve ever seen there. There aren’t many cashiers there so the lines are always long.

I remember back in the day when H&M came to the USA. Its flagship store in midtown was full of young and beautiful people. You seriously could pick up some sweet threads for a very low price and even maybe get some digits. Prices are still low and the beautiful people are still there but fashion seems to have taken a down turn. Inspiration seems lacking.

Long line at the checkout, high prices on regular albeit nice clothes, dirty and dusty dressing room, and there was no assistance for merchandise that is above arms reach. I had to find a step stool and retrieve the item myself, since the associate that was nearby snubbed me, which is not a good idea since America is a litigious society.
