Lush

Let me just start by saying that these products are incredible… Organic, vegan and cruelty free! That, itself, is enough… but their customer service is great. I have never been to a Lush store and left disappointed.

The only negative about this store is that it’s too small. It became cramped with customers and hard to maneuver around because of this. Some of the products were out of stock too. Other than that the products were excellent, a lot of products had testers out and I was able to walk out with a few samples too! The employees were very helpful, Friendly and knowledgeable. Also they had a BOGO sale on some products which was nice since LUSH can be a little pricey

I was weary of going into a Lush after watching so many bad reviews of the place on YouTube. However, this place wasn’t too bad.
I love face masks and soaps and all of those things so I begged my mom to take me to Lush! The last time I had been at Millennia there was a huge advertisement pasted on the wall saying that Lush was coming soon. And here it is now, so I was excited!
I was greeted right away by a very nice girl who helped me with what I was looking for. Everyone was very accommodating and offered me a few samples.
There’s only a few downsides to this place:
* the size: it’s incredibly small. They carry a lot of products, though, which is good! However, it gets a little cramped with all the tables they had to stuff into the place.
* the price: a small jar of one of their self preserving face masks is $ 12. A large one is about $ 24. It’s a little bit overpriced, in my opinion. However, it works fairly well so I guess (?) it’s worth how much I spent on it.
* lack of some product: I went to look for some fresh face masks, especially Cupcake, but when the employee opened the fridge it was discovered that there were many masks already sold out. :(
Although this visit wasn’t perfect, it wasn’t too shabby so I’ll definitely be back for more whenever I’m in this area. Oh and after I get my paycheck.

Let me start off by saying I love lush and usually they have the nicest staff, but this store was an exception. The store was incredibly small and hard to move around because there was just not enough room with all of the product. While my sister and I were shopping there not one person greeted us or asked if we needed any help.(which is unlike all the lush stores I’ve been to) I then picked up a face mask because I planned on purchasing it, I opened it to smell it and make sure it was what I wanted one of the staff members who had previously been ignoring me stopped her demo with another customer to reprimand me for smelling an item that wasn’t a tester (although I was bringing it up to the front to purchase it). I was shocked by the rudeness of the staff there and needless to say I didn’t purchase that particular item and will go to a different location because of the terrible service there.

I rarely come over here because I live almost an hour away but when I do I spend a lot of money and I love it! I’ve been using Lush for about 4 years now and I love it! It’s worth every penny! I love their customer service also!

This Lush store is located in the Millenia Mall on the lower level between the Brio Grill & Starbucks.
I recently stopped in to pick up a bunch of bath bombs for a gift exchange. A salesperson greeted me as soon as I came in and I told her what I was looking for. I knew exactly what I wanted, but it turned out that the scent I was looking for came in a holiday shape that I chose instead. Since I was buying more than they had on display she had to go to the back to get more.
While we were waiting another salesperson came up to my daughter and gave her a complimentary lip scrub. She said she had overheard my daughter saying how much she liked it and decided to give her one as a random act of kindness. My daughter was stunned, and so, so happy!
After that my salesperson returned. She packed all of the bath bombs up in bags with instructions for me. We were in and out of the store in just a few minutes, but it was really a fantastic experience.

Lush has more than just bath bombs & soap bars — who knew? Apparently everyone other than me! In addition to bath bombs, they have makeup, lotions, hair care, perfume, fresh face masks…
I wandered into the new Millennia Lush Store on a whim and was pleasantly surprised to find more than just bath fizzies. (Honestly, I’ve always just walked by the Florida Mall store because all you see is bath bombs & soap up front, and there’s usually a tourist (or 12) blocking the entrance with luggage, baby carriages and shopping bags — now I know why everyone has gathered here).
The store smells wonderful and Karissa was extremely helpful and friendly, and she even gave me some items to try. She took time to explain some of the different products and how to use them as I was not familiar with them. There are even Fresh Face masks in the front window — these are what drew me in as it looks like a salad/​yogurt bar on ice (for lack of a better description). I’ll have to get pictures next time!
I took a Christmas catalog home to do some research and pick out gifts and also saw some fun bath bomb videos on the web site. Can’t wait to get the bath bombs and try them out with a nice soak in the tub & a glass of wine. (I am honestly tempted throw some bath bombs into our hot tub and pool… the colors & bubbles would be so fun and pretty! Lol! Although I’m not sure that’s a good idea…)
I do like that the company does not test on animals and does not buy any ingredients from companies that do. Items are also handmade and they are big on recycling. They even have these really cute Knot-​Wraps (like scarfs) to wrap things in (basically reusable giftwrap!). Perfect for the holidays!
The Dream Cream is awesome! It is not greasy or overpowering in scent and makes your skin so soft! And the Butterbear Bath Bombs are adorable and smell so good! :)
