My favorite card shop, my favorite sales team, favorite cute little gift shop!
In almost 12 years I have never had an experience that was less that pleasant. Always greeted with a hello upon entering the store. Warm, friendly and knowledgeable employees.

I just read the previous review and was just thinking to myself… Was I in the same store?
Well I can assure you that customer service was NOT a problem for me today! I just bought something for my wife and needed a card and the gift wrapped. I found the perfect card but when I asked about gift wrapping, the young lady told me they do not do gift wrapping and my heart sank. The other two clerks could see the disappointment in my face and stepped up to do what they could.
When I brought in the box trying to get a gift bag for it, they soon realized I needed help and asked the manager if they could wrap it for me. told me to pick out a wrapping that I liked and she would wrap it for free. I was stunned to say the least. They sealed up the box, wrapped it and did it in a very quick fashion.
I insisted on giving the young man a little something for helping me out in spite of his objection. I am pretty sure his boss would overlook it since he had no choice in accepting a little something from me as a thank you,
I have been shopping at this store for 6 years now and I have never had an issue with the staff of the selection of cards or gifts. Everybody has been very professional so I feel bad for the lady that had a bad experience during her visit but I can’t say I have EVER had a bad experience here. I want to thank the staff and the manager for really making my day and to let you know I really appreciate you ALL going the extra mile for me!

I used to come here more often, when the customer service didn’t suck. Now they are very pushy and sell you stuff you dont even want. Came in with a coupon for 20% off and cashier told me I could not use it on a promotional item she convinced me to buy. Ended up leaving there confused and spending more than I wanted too.

I’ve always liked Hallmark stores. The creativity and imagination that is used to make cards gifts etc. is beyond amazing. I’ve visited this store on July 4. And because it was a holiday the store was empty.
The staff that was there was happy and cheerful greeted me likewise. Since it was a slow day, they were making well use of their time. It was July, and they already had their Christmas ornament display up. No mind you it was going to be debuted you at a later date.
Overall the visit was quite pleasant. All that were there were very friendly. The store was in that chemically clean. And yes my wife did find the one card she was looking for.
If you’re in the area of Waterford Lakes and you need some gifts, greeting cards this store will definitely fulfill your needs.

This store is just fine… There is a pretty good selection of cards. They carry the sort of gifts you buy for someone you don’t know very well (or someone you know well that likes knick-​knacks).
I stopped in recently for a card for a christening. I was happy to see that there was a small section devoted to such cards. Thanks, Hallmark!
I have had a Hallmark rewards card forever, and I have yet to receive any rewards from it. It’s a mystery to me. I think I buy a lot of cards, so I can’t fathom the level of spending it takes to see any benefit from this. Just an observation…

I came into this store to buy a New Years card. They pointed me to a tiny corner in the very back of the store. On the «New Years» shelf there were 5 Christmas cards and 5 cards of the boring generic type your dentist sends you. When I lived in St Louis Missouri I had an amazing Hallmark store that had a huge shelf in the middle filled with beautiful New Years cards, and even a selection of international New Years cards, in Japanese, Russian, French, Italian. Hallmark Creations is the most uncreative pathetic excuse for a greeting card store. Someone tell me we have a better one in Orlando?

It’s a good sized Hallmark with an extensive card selection for every occasion. There are a ton of other items as well, but it seems lacking in comparison to some of the smaller stores (the one off Mcullah for example) as far as selection.
