Victoria’s Secret

This is the closest location to my house, so I visit this one very regularly. I’m not of fan of the selection, I always feel like it’s the same.
I’ve come across only a handful of girls I like that work there, all the rest don’t make me feel very comfortable. I’m usually in on my day off, jeans and tee shirt, hair in a messy bun and no makeup, and I guess that’s not up to some of their standards, so it seems. Some girls are fantastic and I wish I could remember their names to give them the correct credit they truly deserve, unfortunately I don’t. I’m sure they know who they are, keep up the good work ladies.
I’ll return to this location, just hoping I don’t run into the ones who are slightly rude.

Was just here for a few minutes and I am surprised of the bad reviews. Employees seemed. extra attentive and helpful without being overwhelming. Store was clean, organized and has a nice layout, even though it’s kind of small (when compared with other VS stores). Right now they are having a semi-​annual sale, where things usually get crazy and the store was well kept. Prices were crazy low and I can’t wait until tomorrow when I get my paycheck. Lol!

Honestly, I am very surprise at the low reviews on this location. To me, it was one of the best I’ve been.
Everyone was super helpful and attentive. Offering their help whenever possible. Answered the questions we had. At one point we were sampling the mist on broken sample paper (there were many) and the lady cake and brought us a new stack. How nice!
One of the mist we wanted wasn’t available and they offer to ship it to my house for free! Awesome! Everyone was super super nice. They had good sales and the store was super organized. Everyone was super profession which is always appreciated.
I even had a $ 10 off gift card I got from a previous purchase so that was a sweet deal. I’m so glad I have this location so near me; I will definitely be back!

Wow. Never have I been so appalled by treatment by a manager. I brought back 3 items (all fragrance items) because they gave me a bad headache. Holly, the manager on staff at the time, got called over to the register by the cashier (she said WHAT in a very irritated manner when the cashier asked for help) and very disdainfully looked over my items without ever acknowledging me. She wouldn’t return the lotion because she claimed she could feel it was too light (I used it MAYBE 3 times) and refused to return a FULL bottle of perfume because the silver top had markings on it??? What??? She agreed to refund the body spray for THREE DOLLARS when it regularly sells for around 15 and this bottle was full also. I am posting pictures below of how full these bottles are.
If you can’t return items, fine. (I completely disagree but fine.) But do not talk to customers in such a rude and dismissive manner. Holly never looked at me and walked away without saying anything to me. Even the cashier looked embarrassed by her behavior. I’ll never return to this location again and I’d advise others to do the same.

I can’t believe the reviews this place has. I come here on a shopping spree once a month and have never had bad customer service. I’m always greeted when I walk in the door. I’m always asked if I need help finding anything or if I’ve heard about their sales going on. Just today I had an issue of straps missing on a bra I wanted. We absolutely couldn’t find any. Two of the associates were able to hunt down some straps in that color and I was thrilled. I wish I would have gotten their names. One was blonde and was putting up bras in the center divided area on the side opposite to the register where the 2 for $ 45 bras are normally. The other had light brown hair that was in a pixie cut and glasses. Extremely helpful ladies! Last month I went in and Brenda was extremely helpful. She makes you feel comfortable and personalized my shopping experience like no other. She’s the first one to give me information on a bra fitting (not that I need it, but the thought was nice). She also gave me a few suggestions on what the hottest sellers were and had a few «if you like that, then you’ll probably like this.» Love her! The only thing that sucks is the check out time. Which, in a way, is good for them because it means they’re busy and they’re making money. Good for me because I know that location won’t be closing anytime soon and if it did, I would cry.

Very helpful staff highly recommend going here once a week. I only wear Victoria Secret !!!
The sales are great. And because of the great sales, a line will form. I don’t know why people wouldn’t leave good reviews. Obviously a lot of people shop at VS!!!

I used to love this store. I shopped online for a long time until they switched banks. I didn’t use my card very often, but when I did, I would pay it off in full after I received a bill or a courtesy call.
When they changed banks, I was getting a phone call, but no one would be on the line and when I called back, I didn’t recognize the name of the company, so I figured it was a telemarketer. Months went by and I received something in the mail that said they changed their bank. It was the people who were calling me so I called to pay it and found that they already reported that I was over 30 days late. I have never been late with my bills in the last 10 years! Then this little ding damaged my credit. I cancelled my card instantly.
This is not why I rated this store with ONE star, though. I get the occasional free panty, so I went in to claim it. After hunting down an employee, I asked where I can find this specific panty. She said they ran out at this location, but I can try another store. I did not have time to go to another location. In the past, they offered to give me a different type of panty since it was the last day to redeem the coupon.
I’ll save my coupons for another store next time.

The employees at this location are horrid. DONT shop here if you are looking for accurate sizing, helpful employees, or even a halfway decent experience. Id rather drive 30 min to the millennia location than waste my time at this dump filled with horrible people.

Nice location, but no one bothered to ask if I needed help. Checkout line was crazy long. Not enough staff today I guess.

The manager Holly is a detriment to an otherwise very pleasant location. She doesn’t help the employees when they’re begging for help and she is indifferent to the needs of customers.

This Victoria’s Secret has one of the best locations in town. Right on the main road in Waterford Lakes Town Center. Lots of parking. The store is big, nice, clean with a huge selection. However, do not have the friendly service compared to other VS stores. As I walked into the store, one of the salesperson looked my way then turned back around to whatever she was doing before without acknowledging me. I walked around the store and no one offered to help as I was obviously looking to try on some items. The cashier was the only nice & friendly person in the whole store. Overall experience is below average for me.
