The Hamptons is terribly mismanaged. The HoA is one of the most difficult things to deal with. Not only are they rude, but they’ve also squandered all of the money they were supposed to use fixing the buildings that were poorly built. Only 1⁄3 of the buildings are done and there is no more money. Gates stay broken for months (maybe even a year now). The security system is a joke. They are probably underpaid so I don’t blame them. The one bright side of living at the Hamptons is Teak. But you can live elsewhere in metrowest and still get to enjoy Teak.
