This is the worst place you could possibly live. Talk about rude and being treated unfairly. I would advise anyone live in a rat hole before you live at la palazza metrowest. They don’t care about anything except their rent.

Renting/​leasing is never a piece of cake but it sure was here. Having lived here for almost 8 months now, I could say I am truly happy and content in my cozy apartment villa. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everything gets taken care of. My view of the pond is serene and relaxing. My apartment is spacious, homey and gorgeous. I love that there is a dock in the back right on Turkey Lake. I basically have Turkey Lake at my disposal without having to pay the entrance of Bill Frederick Park. There is a 24 hour gym and sidewalk wrapped around the pond/​lake that serves as a track to run for my family and I. They are pet-​friendly and accept late breed dogs. All in all, love it and will renew one more year before purchasing a home in our town. See Erica if you’re interested in living here. She’s the best.
