You can never go wrong with HRC! The ambiance is nice with cool music playing in the background. The food was good! Service on point! Wish I’d remembered the name of the waiter who took care of us! He was nice and attentive. The drinks are strong as well!

The ambiance is great. We got the pulled pork and the pork was super tender and the fries were really yummy as well! Would go back again.

We sat at the bar and had a good experience. It was right before the crowd descended on the restaurant so it was enjoyable. My husband loves their grilled buffalo wings. Considering the wings we had the night before at a restaurant we will not mention the Hard Rock wings were great. The herb fries were also good and the Chimichurri mayo accompaniment was awesome. I also appreciated that I asked for a side of the daily vegetable to not be steam in butter and they actually followed directions. Overall good experience and would recommend it if you are up for a bit of nostalgia with old music videos.

One would think as much money that comes through this location they could afford a decent cut of steak. Our party ordered three cowboy rib-eyes and one NY sirloin. All of them had way too much gristle/veins. Such a disappointment.

Had a great experience last time my boyfriend and I visited the Hard Rock in Orlando ! A couple years back I didn’t remember the restaurant leaving too great of an impression on me but out visit this past August was great ! Our waitress was wonderful and the food was great. She recommended a strawberry lemonade vodka press for the table that we were iffy about at first and ended up loving it and ordering two of them ! The food was really good as well. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich w the Mac and cheese and my boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich. The Mac and cheese did come out cold but our waitress ran to the kitchen to get a new one right away! We also had the bruschetta for an appetizer and it was great !

Last night I had my birthday party at hard rock in CityWalk and it was awesome. My friends and coworkers have group parties in CityWalk often. Hard Rock succeeded where all others have failed. For handling a large group, they were organized, effecient, and extremely competent. One server(Britney) handled it like a pro. Everything was timely and she stayed unobtrusive while remaining accessible. Management was friendly and committed. If you have a large group, this is your place. NBC, Cowfish, and the others may have tasty food too, but they constantly fumble the logistics of servicing a party of 15 or more. Also you might not know, but ask the hostess about getting The Tour. It takes you on this incredible backstage rock museum tour. We had Andrew and he was awesome. Five stars; would rock again.

On our visit to Orlando we decided to eat at the Hard Rock Café in City Walk. For a party of four, 8 pm, Saturday night, we had a 40 minute wait. We decided to get a beer at the bar while we waited. After about a minute of waiting a waitress put her arm around my shoulders and said, «you look like you need a beer». It was fun and welcoming. She quickly got us all of our beers and we sat outside and waited. Certainly did not seem like a 49 minute wait, so that was nice. It was strange that once our buzzer went off we had to go to about three different servers to actually get seated but it was a hectic night. Our server, Danny, came right up and got our drink order and helped us decide on appetizers. We chose the wings and potato skins. Both were AMAZING. The wings had a nice spicy pepper flavor, so good. The potato skins were covered with cheese, green onions, and bacon bits with a huge cup of sour cream. I probably could have just filled up on those! I order the fajita dou(steak and shrimp). The shrimp had a nice grill flavor and were not over cooked. The steak was perfectly cooked, medium rare. All around the food was delicious. No one had anything negative to say about their meal. Our server, Danny, made it that much better with his helpful personality. He was very upbeat and happy to be waiting on us. 10⁄10 would go again and again!

Good spot to eat during an off night! We went on a Saturday at 8pm in late January when most of the holiday tourist have left Florida and didn’t need a reservation to get a table right away. Food is what you’d expect not gourmet typical bar food. I ordered the mac and grilled chicken and it pretty good. Long islands were the best part of the of the night. Don’t plan on watching the game here they only have sports on the televisions by the bar the others play rock videos non stop. Probably will go back but not while the big game is on.

I always love going to different HRC’s because you know the food quality will be great and the service will be top notch. Since becoming a UO/IOA annual passholder in early December both my friend and I have been to the HRC at City Walk twice. He had never been to a HRC before but I’ve turned him into a fan too! The first time we got Tupelo Chicken Tenders with Heavy Metal sauce on the side. I could seriously live off the Tupelo tenders. I’m not a huge fan of wings or tenders but the flavor and breading on these are out of this world. They also are not greasy in the least and have a great crunch. First trip we both ordered burgers and did the add on of parm fries. I really enjoyed the fries and the garlic dip that came with them. The burgers were cooked perfect and were very juicy and wonderful. Last trip I got the ½ BBQ Chicken and he got the NY Strip. Both of our meals were fantastic. I rarely eat BBQ out because it’s usually dry and just soaked in sauce. HRC does BBQ Chicken PERFECT. It’s always moist and juicy without being over done on the sauce. My guest loved his steak and literally there was nothing left on his plate. It was completely clean. I also enjoy the merchandise in the shop and have purchased quite a few shirts. The prices are a bit high for merchandise but you expect that anyways. The quality of their shirts is very good though and I’ve never had an issue with shrinking or not washing well.

2 stars might be too generous. I was looking forward to coming here because I haven’t been to a HRC since 8th grade. Now I remember why. The restaurant itself has a weird system of seating; we went through 4 hosts to get to our table. Once we sat down I got to check out the menu which was totally underwhelming. Their selection is not vast, borderline terrible and they are so overpriced. There’s no pasta dishes, so don’t come here looking for any pasta. When our server finally decided to show up I asked which burger was better out of the two I was considering. He pointed to their most expensive burger and suggested I get that one. I don’t recall asking about that one but thanks for answering my question I guess. Once the food arrived, I was once again disappointed. When asked how I wanted my burger I told him I prefer medium. He responded with«OK we’ll try»… That’s very reassuring. Maybe that’s why my burger was dry and completely tasteless. I couldn’t taste the bacon or onion ring and the burger itself had no flavor. My friend wasn’t impressed with her chicken club sandwich either. We decided to try the brownie sundae which seemed hard to mess up. When walking in we saw many tables with a half eaten sundae left on their table now I understand why. The sundae itself had maybe one scoop of ice cream and the rest was whip cream. What little scoops of ice cream I did get were good, but there was hardly any. Overall I was annoyed that I spent the money that I did here. The best part of my meal was leaving the restaurant. The chicken tender app was OK, but certainly not worth 13 $. The concept of the restaurant is cool I guess but the food isn’t worth it. I can say I will not be returning.

Bummer! This place used to be cool, with good food and a touch of tourists. Even locals would come for the appetizers. Unfortunately it is completely sold out to quick touristy food at high prices(poor quality nachos, chicken strips, burgers) and very dated(not in a cool or campy way) memorabilia. I think the TGIF re-heatable food in the frozen section of Walmart is better. But must point out we had excellent service from the host and server.

My husband, two friends and I visited the HR Orlando on September 29, 2015. I love City Walk and have been to a number of the other restaurants numerous times, but this was the first time we hit HR. They have a photographer at the door which normally would have annoyed me, but I used the opportunity to get a rare photo of my husband and I. We were offered three photos for $ 20 before we left. They were good! I bought them. Being off season, the place was busy, but only the first floor was filled. We got there around six p.m. and were seated immediately. Our server was great. The food was good and the drinks nearly knocked me on my rear. We had tickets to the Blue Man Group. Our server told us that we could leave by the back door as their venue was directly behind the HR. All the bigger restaurants at City Walk offer souvenir glasses. What I liked about the HR is that you didn’t have the hassle of having to wash the glass or having them rinse it out before you leave. You take your receipt to the HR store anytime after your meal and they give you a new boxed glass. The price of the food and drinks was reasonable. Since it is a large restaurant there is plenty of room. You don’t feel that other people are on top of you and you can hear yourselves talk. I had a blast. I would definitely go again.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was blown away at how big it was! I then found out it was the world’s largest Hard Rock Café. Great décor, awesome music, and fun atmosphere. It was super busy when I went, yet we were seated immediately and had amazing service. We were checked on frequently by our friendly server and never felt forgotten about. Either they really know how to properly staff for busy times, or they are just all super well-trained how to deal with many tables at a time. The food was great, especially the bruschetta and spinach dip! There were lots of fancy alcoholic drinks to choose from, some were quite pricey, but you were allowed to keep the glass it came in.

Everytime I come here the food is good. They have a totally American menu that everyone can enjoy. The food is pricey but totally understand its for the ambience. My cousin had the app sampler as her dinner and that was an amazing choice. She had plenty to take home! For $ 20, thats the best deal on the menu!

I was pleasantly surprised by our visit to the Hard Rock in Orlando. Given it’s proximity to the Universal and Islands of Adventure theme parks, I expected the prices to be outrageous. They were actually pretty average. There was more variety on the menu than I expected and everything was well executed. We will return here on future visits to Universal. The downsides… Service is fairly slow and it’s very loud inside the restaurant.

This is a great place to go for some drinks with friends… They don’t have the best food in the world… The twisted Mac & Cheese is pretty good and the nachos aren’t bad either. The prices are kinda high considering the lackluster food… The service here isn’t too bad and the atmosphere is really cool.

There’s nothing too special about this restaurant. Yes, the décor of the place is amazing. Lots of things to admire, but the food not so much. There was nothing bad about it, but being a Unilocaler/foodie, your expectations are slightly raised. I like the fact that it’s open late so after a long day at the parks, you won’t have to worry about getting to food on time. Got to the restaurant pretty & it wasn’t busy at all. Got seated right away. First thing we noticed was the booth seats were really close to the tables. Tried moving it, no luck. Slight annoyance with that then we noticed a couple of the cutlery were not clean. The server apologized & gave us new silverware. He was good to us, came back about 3 – 4 times asking if we were okay. So thanks for that. The nachos we ordered as an appetizer was excellent. Big plate full so it’s made for sharing. I went with old faithful– steak. Can’t really do steaks wrong, unless of course they cook it differently than what you requested. In this case, they cooked to perfection. The potatoes were great too! Drank«Electric Blue» or something Electric & opted for the souvenir«Hurricane» glass for another $ 5 bucks. The drink was strong while the glass was cute, so it was definitely worth it. I think there was another part of the restaurant where there was live music which was nice, but we heard it once it we got outside. Bathroom is upstairs, through a dimly lit hall according to my friend, so travel in pairs, if ever. Nice restaurant overall.

This is a great Hard Rock. As you can imagine, it’s at Universal Studios CityWalk so it can’t be a surprise that it’s always busy. You may be lucky to sneak in right at dinner time but the later in the night that it gets you can expect to wait up to an hour. Definitely won’t get bored waiting, though. You can peruse the gift shop, go to one of the bars and work up more of an appetite or grab a to-go drink and sit outside and stare across the bay at the Hemisphere Dancer at Margaritaville. It’s even fun to have a beverage and go next door to NBA City and shoot hoops, but you probably won’t hear your buzzer there. It’s a great environment once you get seated. Obviously great hard rock and classic rock and last time they were even rocking’ «Ice Ice Baby» when I ate here on Thanksgiving. The food is great. I’ve had a variety of things from the menu but my favorite still has to be the«Legendary» burger. It’s amazing. I’m not really into the whole ‘side of ranch’ craze anymore but I would recommend getting a side of honey mustard here. I don’t know what’s in it but it’s great. The Thanksgiving turkey dinner was cool for those of us with no family and kids in the area as well. Always busy in here but somehow the wait staff seems to stay on top of it. Also did an even at the Hard Rock here back in June for the annually SHRM conference before I lived in the area and they put on a great event next door at Hard Rock Live. Great place for events or just to grab some dinner.

I enjoyed my time at Hard Rock Café. It is also a museum: there are so many things from so many people: Jonny Rotten(Sex Pistols), Prince, Rolling Stones, P.J. Harvey and moreIt took me about 20 minutes to look around, and I haven’t seen all. The food was greatas much as American food can be. Nice service, great music and exciting atmosphere. I’ll be back!

- This is the largest Hard Rock Café on Planet Earth! The exterior is breathtaking and the interior is awesome esp. to be viewed from the second floor. The Merchandise shop is very tempting as well and worth to visit esp. while waiting to be seated. Cant say much about the food as its HRC Standard as well as the young and fun waitress. I usualy order Chef’s Salad, Fajitas/Burgers/Ribs and the mighty tasty homemade Hot Fudge Brownies. A must place to visit after the fun rides @ Universal Studios.

Rendeu muitas fotos!
