Okay… So we arrived at the hotel. The staff was Awesome and Friendly! So we didn’t get in until about 9pm and didn’t feel like leaving back out. So the agent recommended Harry’s. Then one of the home girls in the Deli recommended it too! Shout out to Michelle! She was SUPER cool! Soon as you walk into Harry’s it really does feel like you just went to the islands. They even had live entertainment outside on a Monday. The pool view is really nice and just feels good. We were greeted by a SUPER friendly hostess. Immediately served by this delightful lady from Colombia. The food came out QUICK and was so tasty! We got the big combo platter with Calamari, Shrimp, Crab Cakes and more. Every item was just tasty. The flavors were spot on. Then we got the Mango Jerk Chicken Salad. My insides thanked me for this salad! The fruits were fresh. Just enough dressing, the chicken was char grilled. Just tasty stuff. The drinks are kind of over priced. But REFRESHING none the less. The manager even came by to see how we were doing. It was«sincere» too, not just that«I’m doing my job». Initially I was sad, because I usually stay at the Hilton Orlando. But this restaurant and the actual service of the hotel would make me stay and eat there again. They must be reading these reviews lol… because our experience was pretty much one of the BEST!

We got into the hotel on a warm, sunny day and decided to get a table at this restaurant right by the pool. I have to say the atmosphere was the best part for us; however, if we had been inside, it would’ve just been okay. Agree with another reviewer that the drinks are ridiculously priced. We ordered a few fruity cocktails since it was our first meal on vacation. They don’t have prices on the drink menu. We figured they would be overpriced at about $ 8 or so. Nope. Each drink was $ 12, and there wasn’t much alcohol in them. Definite rip-off, and we probably wouldn’t have ordered them had we known they were SO pricey. Lunch for 2 of us ended up being $ 60. We only ordered 3 appetizers. Got the pulled pork sliders with sweet potato fries, conch fritters, and the maragritaville shrimp. The shrimp was the best part and was just okay. The pork sliders were super dry, and the bun was a little stale. Fries were good. The conch fritters had very little conch in them, so we paid a lot for breading that was, again, just okay. We definitely would not come back to Harry’s again in the future. Too bad because the atmosphere gives the restaurant so much potential.

Service was absolutely terrible! However, I did enjoy the food. I ordered the jerk chicken sandwich which I thought was very tasty. The chicken was tender and it was served on a fresh sweet bun. I did order extra sauce for the sandwich because it was dry. The sweet potato fries were crispy and seasoned just right. It’s a shame that the service was so bad. I would recommend it if it were better. My advice, go somewhere else

Horrible service and lackluster food. I ordered the shrimp and chorizo pizza… crust was lackluster and chewy and the shrimp were tiny and only four… count em… FOUR on the entire personal sized pizza! I came in AFTER a lunch rush during the PGA conference, my waitress was criminally negligent… to a table of ONE. Seriously?

The food is amazing and the bartenders have a heavy hand. Get the harrys burgers. I loved the atmosphere. With the Palm trees and the pool it felt like I was at the beach.

The Rosen Centre Hotel is an awesome experience but Harry’s Poolside Bar and Grill is an absolute rip off. I can’t speak for the food but the drinks are way overpriced($ 16 for vodka and cran that was so red that it was obvious there was no vodka just cranberry juice, and a Heineken). My husband bought it and I was going to take it back, but they were closing for the night. We will be back to to the Rosen but never to Harry’s again. Typical tourist trap.
