I agree with Jose; all the people I’ve encountered here have been very friendly. I have never bought anything here, but making the rounds at their inventory, everyone was knowledgeable and not pushy. I go there for the range and the prices. Win Win all around for me and what I go there for.

A hidden GEM I recently got into the sport of shooting and starting to build my collection of firearms and while reviews are helpful they don’t always provide honest and true feedback.
After weeks of research and many reviews later I decided to give instant replay a try not only due to the proximity to my location but also range prices not bad.
Well all that to say what a great group of people everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and willing to share and help
I agree with the other review to recommend you go elsewhere so my wait times remain at no wait lol. But in all fairness everyone should go check them out.

Brought in my Matthews compound bow for a simple fix. (New string) took more than three weeks for them to even touch the thing then when I finally went In the bow was «being worked on». Truth be told it was in the machine to compress the bow but the one guy who knew what he was doing had left. I’m no expert but I know enough to realize those airheads are lucky my bow didn’t crack while sitting on that machine for who knows how long. O yeah, they didn’t even fix it. Terrible experience unless you know the folks who own it, friends seemed to get the best service. I tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. Hopefully they change their ways.

Worst service ever. Took a $ 1500 bow to get looked at for draw weight adjustments. The owner took the bow it to his back room and broke the cables, cams and limbs in a matter of 5 seconds on the bow scale. He then acted like he did nothing wrong. If he wouldn’t have forced the bow, and actually had knowledge and common sense the bow would still be in one piece. I will never be going there again.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS! I purchased a gun from this company via an online auction. They said that the gun was «new, old stock». I understand that to be that the gun was purchased a few years ago, they couldnt sell the gun and now a new year model has come out. So the gun would be new, old stock. Furthermore the word «new» means that it has NEVER been USED or FIRED before I owned it. This gun was clearly used. It has many wear marks on it and has been shot several hundred times. When I called to try to clear the problem up peacefully, I spoke to a woman who was rude and during our conversation she hung up on me. She knew that I made the purchase from another state and that there was not much (if anything) I could do about them ripping me off. They are not honest people. During our conversation she kept going off topic and speaking about how our deal was good for me. But the problem was and still is that they sold me a gun that said «new, old stock», but it is clearly used. If I can save one person from being ripped off by this woman, please don’t buy anything from them!!!

They are crooks plain and simple. I will keep this review short as I plan on suing them and have already retained a lawyer to do so.

One of the best kept secrets in Orlando for a gun range. I’ve used their indoor gun range as well as their archery range. The staff is helpful without being rude or pretentious. The prices are quite reasonable. And since very few people realize there is a range here, the wait times are fantastic: far shorter than Shoot Straight or East Orange on a Saturday.
Their archery range is a fun little diversion. As someone who is not into archery at all, a group of us tried it out just for fun. They provide several bows and a bunch of arrows. You then get to look a fool while figuring out how to use a bow properly, but it’s still a great time.
In fact, I like this place so much, that I recommend you go somewhere else, so that my wait times are short!
