Horrible service. Didn’t even finish waiting. Watched empty tables uncleaned sit there while they had a waiting room full of people.

I’m currently waiting to be seated. There are 7 open tables but not enough wait staff the hostess tells me. It is Thursday night on a school break week in Orlando, FL. How about scheduling enough servers to handle a less than capacity crowd. Unfortunately the High Tide Harry’s next door has a packed house and a longer wait. This will be my last time at a Joes.

We went here for happy hour and it did not disappoint. We got the great balls of fire and some $ 3 hurricanes that left us feeling tipsy! Joe’s is always a fun place to put a smile on your fave. Our server, Felan was a real sweetheart and gave us some good recommendations for Orlando.

Joe’s Crab Shack is an amazing establishment. We had a nice waiter named dustin, he really seemed as if he cared about his work. The food was okay. I had breaded shrimp and coconut shrimp. The coconut shrimp was not the best yet it was okay. The meal came with hush puppies which were disappointing but that didn’t quite matter to me. One of the odd things was that there was only one waiter waiting the whole restaurant but the waiter did an amazing job.

Amazing food! You get your own pot of crab and lobster. Goodness! We love to sit on the porch. Last time our server Jeff was AMAZING! Must try the garlicky mussels!

A Perfect Lunch! A wonderful meal ! Server Brian was great! Nice sense of humor and anticipated our every need! Our crab pot was perfect and our crab sampler was filled with flavour. A reasonable cost and great environment. Thanks??? Post Script: the Ladies room needs some attention… They could use some training of their janitorial staff …

I happen to like this Joe’s crab shack. The food is good and the service was great. The food came immediately and the staff was very welcoming.

Food took a while for a slow sunday night, poor execution also. Sevice was good considering our server was the bartender taking more than one section. Go to high tide harrys, you will taste the difference.

This was my first time here. I don’t eat alot of seafood, meaning crabs, lobster, crawfish. I was here with a friend for Paint Nite, so we decided to come early and partake in the happy hour. It was easy to find, parking was good as well. We were seated promptly when we arrived. I had a frozen margarita for happy hour $ 5. Can you say HUGE!!! I wasn’t expecting it to be so large. We ordered the classic sampler which was crab dip, calamari and great balls of fire, which was quite tasty and hot. We also got the twofers, which consisted of popcorn shrimp, not bad. The service was decent. It appeared our server was ok. Overall, the experience was good. However, this is a good location for a paint nite that was thoroughly enjoyed.

Here for pain nite but have to say so far so good– $ 5 Petron Margaritas! Not to bad for a Tuesday night.

The kids, wife and I got crabs, and love it! You see what you eat, not like in other restaurants. Very Casual! The price is right.

Seafood is decent. A little over priced. Good for the area, the place gets pretty crowded. My review is only 3 stars bc of the service and lack of attention to requests for refills and additional items. For the price i shouldn’t have to ask 5 times for water.

This used to be our go to restaurant when we went to the airport but they’re starting to price themselves out of business I’ll never return

We came here after eating next door at High Tide Harry’s. If you are debating between the two, choose Joes. We were so fortunate to have Trent as our waiter, he was so friendly and makes the best mudslide I have ever had. I had the classic Sampler and it was so delicious, and my mom had the clam chowder which was just as good as anything I get in Rhode Island. I wish I still lived in Florida so I could come here more often. Thanks so much for making my last day in Florida so great and satisfying!

Been to a few sea food restaurants and the customer service here was awesome. The food was great and was brought out quickly and was good. The manager crystal was awesome and courteous. Will be coming back for sure.

I have been to Joe’s crab shack once before many years ago at another location. I wasn’t too impressed back then, so we hadn’t returned until this week. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised this visit. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We never had to look for our server. He always seem to check in with us at the right time. My date and I both shared an appetizer of shelled shrimp, which was served hot and seasoned well. Followed by a steamed pot each. I had the cajun seasoned steam pot, my date had the Samuel Adams steam pot. Both arrived hot and delicious. For dessert we shared the key lime pie. Not bad! Overall I felt we enjoyed a good meal and service. Price was a little high for a more casual dining experience. Over $ 100. But we will return at some point for another finger licking meal.

Joe’s isn’t very good. The last time we went to Joe’s was at least 7 years ago. Now I’m reminded why we never came back. I’ll keep this short. I ordered the Arctic Bay Steampot. There was no steam coming from the pot. The pot was cool to the touch and the shellfish slightly warm. I wonder how long it sat before it was served? So they took it and warmed it up… barely. Our server said the garlic butter flavor was the most popular. It’s also the most flavorless apparently. I’d swear it was all made in plain water. The crab was bland, and the lobster tasted like crawfish. We decided to take it home, and my wife doctored it up with some seasoning from our cupboard and turned it into a true feast! The best part of Joe’s was our server. She was great, but she can’t save this place with good service alone. From now on we’ll skip Joe’s and stick with the seafood restaurant next door.

This used to be one of our favorite places, however over the years things have gone downhill. The service & food used to be great, now they are mediocre at best. The staff used to have fun & dance, last time we went in the 2 hrs we were there, nothing. Now that High Tide Harrys is next door, most everyone goes there. Last time we went we had a bad experience. First it took about 45 min to get our appetizer which was a sampler platter they had, it was good but nothing to rave about(supposedly they lost the order). The mussels are good the broth is the best part and love dipping the garlic bread in it to sop it up(we usually get extra bread since what they give usually isnt enough). Then we get our entrees and my steam bucket is cold and I had to send it back to recooked. Their coconut shrimp is a favorite and their dipping sauce is really good. Their key lime pie is to die for and the serving is HUGE! With this visit though we did end up getting our desserts free for all the issues we had, which was nice because we were disappointed overall.

Food was okay. King crab legs were okay. Service was okay and then got spotty at the end. I’d eat the food again, but if I knew a better place for the money skip.
