LOFT

My daughter loves shopping here and I have stopped in to get her a gift card for this store several times. Every time the staff have been friendly and courteous. Their store is always immaculate and it never takes me more than 10 minutes to get a gift card.
I have to admit that she always finds the cutest outfits there because every time my wife and I see her, she always seems to have something new from Loft on. I have yet to have heard her complain about the service when she shops there or the quality of the merchandise she has bought in the past. If anything, she should be a spokesperson for them…

Last night was my first time in a loft store ever. I didn’t even receive a hello upon walking in the door. I was looking for a couple specific items that I had seen online. The two girls in the front carried on casual conversations like they were shopping themselves. Not once did either ask me if I needed any help. I did not purchase and will not return to this store again. Based on other reviews seems like these girls could care less about helping anyone.

Have been to this location many times and have only been treated properly once. They have been rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. I am extremely disappointed with this loft. I wish I remembered the one employees name who was nice and helpful she gets them one star.

Great clothes. Horrible customer service. We will shop at other locations in the future.

As I emerge from my nearly a year hiatus of working I was in desperate need of professional clothing. Of course being the logical individual I am, the closet full of Ann Taylor and LOFT clothing was completely insufficient for my new and improved wardrobe needs. Therefore. shopping ensued. I usually order online but with my time issues I decided to go to the store closest to my home. I have NEVER met such nice people!!! The staff was super nice and the people shopping were awesome as well! I got my new stuff fix and told the lady at the check out that I had a job interview. she said oh you will get it! I know she was making small talk but she was right! It was sooo my clothes that helped (not really but that was the reasoning provided to the hubs so he would splurge on me some more clothes for «work»). I will be back to this store soon to stock up! :)

Love Ann Taylor Loft and this one is no different. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean with the racks and tables well organized.
One things about Loft… if you find something you like full-priced.don’t buy it unless you need it then, because they have big sales ALL the time!

I am petite and it is hard to find pants in most stores, but not at The Loft. Sign up for their emails and you will always be on the list to get incredible coupons. This store is perfect for the 30 – 40 something buyer. Fashionable, but with a great fit. The staff at the Waterford Lakes location is always super friendly and will bend over backwards to help you find what you want. If they don’t have it at their location, they will look for it in other locations and even have it shipped to you (if you are a cardholder) for free!
Candace helped me on the sales floor and dressing room yesterday and she always remembers me! However, there was a guy at the register that didn’t seem to know what he was doing and frankly, it is just weird that a guy works at The Loft. He can’t help me in the dressing room.
I do have to say I miss my favorite Rebekah, was sad to hear she was no longer there. She had a keen knack of selling me more clothes! Always super friendly and went out of her way to keep the customer happy!
