I just shopped here for the first time and was really impressed with the staff and selection. Eva and Ryan helped me out by starting a fitting room for me so I didn’t have to walk around with 10 things slung over my arm. Ryan showed me the jeans that were on sale and Eva went out of her way to pick out a couple shirts she thought I might like based on what I had grabbed before going into the fitting room.
I left with 4 gorgeous and unique looking shirts that I’m very happy with. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it is very expensive, at least for me.
As for the people commenting about the sales associates being pushy… that is their job. Retail workers often have daily sales goals to meet and are told to actively engage with customers and SELL SELL SELL additional products. I have worked retail before and I know what happens when you «don’t make your numbers» for the day. It isn’t that hard to say «no thank you» a few times while you shop. Just some food for thought

We are usually are disappointed with this stores inventory compared to the FL mall. However, today we walked in on Mother’s Day of all days. Had absolutely no one greet or even ask to assist us. There was a new young man working there who walked around doing nothing with his hands in his pockets. The entire time we spent there (prox 30 mins) he didn’t ask us if we needed anything nor did he even straighten the mess in there. The one young girl was as the counter, clearly overwhelmed with the 4 people in line to purchase. So this has left me not wanting to even go back. What a mess. Inventory is bad and now the employees are rediculously untrained, unapproachable and lazy. I knew they were hiring and I must say, you should have had better options then an extremely sloppy dressed, impersonable boy and a young girl with not enough experience. Sorry Buckle we no longer care to visit that location.

Love, love, love this shopping boutique! Especially after Christmas with giftcards. I’ve followed this store since I lived in Michigan (9 years ago)! This trip was great. I left with a few outfits and ordered 2 shirts. The stylists are eager to help select sizes and outfits for you. If they don’t have a size, they order it and ship right to the store for FREE. If you buy jeans, they’ll alter for FREE too. I’M getting older and I’m still able to find age appropriate blouses, jeans, and assessories. Very happy lady today!

Let me just start by saying, WOW! What a pushy staff! Any time I had tried to walk in this store, the staff was RIGHT on top of me and would not leave me or my husband alone. Any time I would say I was just looking, the woman would shove a pair of jeans in my face to try on. Every college kid who works here is a pushy child. A guy was working when we were last in the store a month or two ago, calling himself a supervisor, speaking so loudly in the store about his interviews the next day and about those people being interviewed. When he wasn’t yelling across the store while it was only myself, my husband and one other person around, he was up my husbands ass trying to get him to buy the more expensive jeans because, «they have skulls on them… but you know… not like death skulls and gothic stuff.» Cut me a break. The entire Waterford Lakes area needs a serious kick in the ass. If you are reading this, don’t EVER apply to work in a Waterford Lakes store of any kind.
