Pier 1 Imports

Management is so rude and do not care about the customer at all. Bought a $ 300 art piece. When I went to go hang it up in my house realized it was missing parts to it (mosaic) I went to go exchange it/​get another one just like it. The manager claimed since I bought it without a «damage discount» they could not return it even though there Employee sold it to me the day before. Truly unbelievable. Very inconsiderate and rude. no customer service at all. Highly recommend going to another location.

While I am not and avid shopper for home decorating places until I get my man cave, Pier 1 Imports is a place I will come back to because of the convenience and how great the store looks and feels. The feeling I get is very homey and inviting to all customers. They do have some things for the man cave that I am currently building before I get it. They have a few signs that could go into my man cave which made me smile very much. The array of smells from the section on scents was very appealing to the senses and it’s something I want to add in the man cave (who says the cave can’t smell good). Also Pier 1 Imports staff was very engaging when walking in and doing a check out, which goes along way with customer service. I will be coming back to shop here when the time is right.

This Pier 1 is located in the Waterford Lakes town center, a larger store with tons of stuff. I’d give them 5 stars, but stuff always seems to be packed in here to the point of it being difficult to move around. Especially on a weekend with lots of shoppers.
Nice staff, tons of stuff. Has featured and sale items in stock, and then some. Plenty of parking, which is saying something in Waterford Lakes.
