Meal is good but I had to wait a while for my food. My server was also not very patient with me, kind of rushed me and I haded to wait for my check to come. Overall, food is great, waiting time too long, and service bad

Nice staff, really good steaks, but they need some time when they are busy. You cant compare to european restaurants but for lokal standart its ok.

It’s still my favorite steak for the price at a nationally operated restaurant in our area. Friendly staff, fresh new building, killer desserts!!!

WORST Longhorn Steakhouse I’ve ever been to. Yet again, we were at a restaurant chain we’ve had a great history with at another location that just can not deliver. This visit occurred a few weeks ago. We arrived during the dinner rush and had to wait about 25 minutes which was acceptable. We were seated at a very large party table, despite being a party of 2 ½, which was awkward to try and work with. The experience started off okay with the server hurriedly taking drink orders while I had to do the never-ending-sentence to ensure my daughter’s order was taken with the drinks. I could tell the server was doing an internal ‘potty dance’ trying to get back to the other tables. The tea was partially foul and unsweetened. When the server reemerged I brought this up and the oh-so-amusing response of bewilderment tinted with attitude as to how this is her problem was given in return. At this point, it became clear what sort of server we had. The server was as fake as a blow-up doll and as transparent as glass trying to hide behind a layer of easy-to-wipe-away fog in the smile she, quite poorly, strained to make. You could tell how irritated she was because her eyes would bulge out as she tried to talk through an ever-growing smile. She took the tea and returned with what tasted like a microwaved glass of pre-brewed tea which had sugar added to it and had then been iced. While placing our order, I had a question about what came with the deal they were serving. Some $ 12.99 steak with an app or dessert. While the large promotional pamphlet noted all the apps/desserts, it did not note whether or not it included a side or how many. I showed her the menu and asked whether or not it came with a side, as I see it in the picture but not noted anywhere in the text. What came next was a condescending run-down of the entire deal, how the world works, and an explanation in super slow-motion of what a ‘bold bite’ and a ‘sweet bite’ were. At no point in time during that did she actually answer the original question, so I re-stated my question as, ‘So I take it that means it comes with sides?’ and laughed. As her eyes bulged she shifted back and fourth and re-entered ‘talk down’ mode to explain what a side was, what all the sides were, and finally said something along the lines of ‘Yes, of course it comes with sides, all dinners come with sides. It’s a dinner, it comes with a side.’ Following that, my boyfriend asked about the mac and cheese side. On their website, kid’s mac and cheese is shown as being the Kraft standard, so he wondered why the mac and cheese side was an upcharge. …I honestly didn’t think she could strain herself any harder but she did as she, yet again, entered the lecturecendingdown. My guy is not someone to pull that crap on and as he smirked and slowly looked up from the menu she suddenly speed up her lecture(which revolved around bacon) and stopped abruptly as he met her bulging death-glare with his unamused expression. I started to sink down in my seat, but after what seemed like an eternity of silence he just ordered taters. My daughter’s food came shortly after and it had to have been the blandest, driest, most tasteless meal she has ever been served. There is more flavor in chicken nuggets than what was in her ‘dinner’. The broccoli was not freshly steamed as it was completely dry and there were clear indications of the broccoli having begun to turn. Black, slimy spots on the heads of some pieces. The steak was ordered medium and arrived microwaved into rubber. We tried to talk up the steak to her, but I had to tell her not to eat most of the broccoli. The corn fritter app I ordered came out and was pretty tasteless. Basically 4 kernels of corn across 5 hushpuppies. Then our dinners started coming out. My daughter’s meal was not the exception of the night, it was the standard. My steak was cooked adequately, but maintained a level of dryness that betrayed its appearance. The sweet potato was also remarkably dry and I ended up drowning it in the bread butter but it had no effect. My guy’s steak was the same way. It was rare, yet flavorless and somehow so dry. Even the mashed potatoes were dry! It’s as though our meal was cooked a few hours ago and placed under heat lamps until they remembered to serve us. The entire experience was exhaustively unpleasant. Perhaps we just got the worst server on the worst night. However, the more logical assumption is that this is just like every other chain restaurant we visit in the greater Orlando areas. Bad service and bad food from people who don’t care because they’re in high-traffic areas and tourists are a never-ending stream of customers who can’t tell a shoe from a steak after a 12 hour car ride/flight. You don’t need accountability or quality to satisfy most people who are just tired and looking for stationary food located on the Earth’s surface.

My word and I are I our honeymoon. For a special night we wanted to get some steaks for dinner. There were many places to choose from and I have to say I am very happy we chose Longhorn. The crab and artichoke dip was amazing! The seasoning used on the chips went perfectly together with the dip! For the main course my wife had the prime rib and I had the ribeye. Every bite was juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly as we asked it to be. Our server was very professional and I particularly was impressed that he always allowed my wife to speak first when we ordered. I would highly recommend it to anyone that would like an awesome restaurant experience.

LongHorn Steakhouse is a franchise that consistently provides well-prepared steaks, honest beverages, and decent service regardless of the workload at the time. This one was conveniently located next to the Hampton where I was staying, making an alcoholic beverage a possibility without driving. As a loner, I sat at the bar. As always, my drink(long island) was provided promptly and my meal within 15 minutes. As always, my steak was a perfect medium rare and the fries/slaw were crispy. I typically order the smallest steak when I can’t doggy-bag(no doggy at the hotel). Do some of you ‘old-timers’ recall the Ponderosa steakhouses? Well, think of LH as an upgraded version. You can go to any LH in the country and depend on them to give you the same service and food. I’ve stopped in Ohio, Texas, and even Mississippi — each one was a good steak and sides. TIP: ALWAYS order the fries«extra-done» to avoid the occasional limp fries. But then, you should do this at any restaurant where fries are not the main meal(e.g., McDonald’s). And, of course, do not order veggies at a steakhouse. That’s just insulting.

Great food and very Cordial staff. Just a heads up though, the servers can get a bit overwhelmed during lunch hours, but the management staff is absolutely considerate and takes awareness of its guests and makes sure we are happy once they leave.

Great service. We had Melissa as our server. It could’ve been a 5 star but their Parmesan garlic fries taste like regular fries. Some were not cooked. We didn’t get the ketchup we asked for. But that’s ok. Their gourmet burger and their grilled chicken wrap(app) was delicious. I made a mistake by ordering two desserts. Which was delicious. We had to take one Togo.

Gotta start out with the food here cause when I get a perfectly cooked and seasoned steak I get excited. Perfect medium rare 8 oz filet and great crusting from the grill! The side Caesar salad had some great dressing and fresh Parmesan, but the broccoli was a little over steamed and getting soggy. Besides the broccoli not being that great, the bar tender could have been much more personable. I can’t stand a bar tender that is half way happy, it’s like you are pretending to be happy. I guess if you want better service or a happier server don’t sit at the bar.

They were on a wait, but the service was not good. Undercooked steak. The manager brought the steak with the mashed up broccoli. See pic. Update. They took the steak off the bill.

Although I’ve seen this restaurant chain over and over again around the States, I had never tried it out. Today, we did, and it was great! This particular LongHorn Steakhouse is very accessible and conveniently located near the aiport. It’s got lots of parking spots, too. As soon as you step out of the car, you can smell the deliciousness of meat being grilled. Once inside, the decoration is very Texas-like and feels cozy and comfortable. We were served promptly, and immediately were offered the complimentary wheat bread. It is amazing, by the way. Drinks arrived shortly after. For main course, the Flat Iron Steak was incredibly tender and the paired well with the seasoned fries. Tried the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, too, and it was good for me(although it was too spicy for who ordered it). We returned the chicken and they quickly replaced it for something else(a Gourmet Burger). It was also good. Overall, it was a great first visit. Service was incredible and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning one of these days!

I spent a weekend in Orlando recently. This was just a chance stop after landing being they’re next to the airport. We were glad we stopped in. I had a ribeye cooked to perfection and a loaded potato. The stuffed mushroom appetizer and the margaritas were also great. They have a few decent beers on draught. The server was friendly and efficient. Our salads came totally DRENCHED in dressing though. that sucked. ask for it on the side. I didn’t come here for the side salad anyway so I’ll give em a pass. The portions are great for hungry travelers and very reasonably priced. My only other REAL gripe is… we don’t have this place in California. Thumbs up!

I enjoyed my trip to Longhorn Steakhouse and would recommend it. Pros: + The flat iron steak was excellent and perfectly seasoned and cooked. For only $ 13 including a side and salad, this steak was the best«bang for the buck» meal of the trip. + The chop steak was also pretty good, although a little dry; it could have used more red wine sauce. + The wine selection was pretty good, and there are lots of bottles of wine available for decent prices(around $ 18 – 20). + Plenty of parking. + The chocolate lava cake was good, and came with a mountain of ice cream. Definitely one to share. Cons: — We did have a 45 minute wait on a weekday night at 7. Also, service was friendly but a little inconsistent. We had to wait around 10 minutes to order after sitting down, for instance. Overall with the good prices and the great steak we had here, we would come back. Recommended.

They’ve got a great lunch menu here. It does get busy at lunchtime, but it’s worth the wait. I ordered the spicy chicken bites which were really good! Don’t expect to make a meal out of one order though. It’s a small portion, but not bad for $ 5. I also got the soup and salad combo for $ 6. I tried the shrimp and lobster chowder which was tasty. I recommend it. I also ordered the mixed green salad with Caesar on the side. They put the dressing on the salad, but thankfully it wasn’t too much. We were here on our lunch break, so I didn’t want to waste time sending food back. One of the guys ordered a side salad to go with his entrée. He got his salad right away while mine didn’t come until the entrees were served. Next time I’ll ask for the salad to come right away. Overall I look forward to coming back.

Oh LongHorn… how I love thee, let me count the ways. 1) From the time you step in the door the hostess was pleasant and welcoming 2) The booth I sat in provided enough privacy that I didn’t feel like others could be in my conversation but that I wasn’t isolated. 3) The music was loud enough that I could hear(unfortunately mostly country) but soft enough that I could hold a conversation easily. 4) The food, oh the food, is delicious. I don’t mean ok, or great, or even tasty. I mean the food is $%^*^% AMAZING! I hate chain restaurants but Longhorn is in a bracket all by itself. 5) The service was very good. I am pretty hard on servers since I used to be one. Our server was excellent: attentive without being overbearing and nosy. Just a gem I could go one but the main point is Longhorn is amazing. I support local small businesses but if I have to go chain, I’m going to Longhorn.

Maybe it’s nostalgia(I worked at a Longhorn in 1997)…or maybe it’s because it’s very close to my layover hotel in MCO. Either way, I go here often when I’m on a layover. I don’t usually review chains, but this one is a chain that I heavily enjoy. Tonight, it really deserved 3 stars, but it’s the night before Thanksgiving and I’m feeling generous. Typically I get the same thing: ribeye with salad with(what used to be) their house dressing and a baked potato. Tonight the salad dressing was just… weird. They have to make it. It’s pretty simple: lemon, oil, mustard based dressing with little flecks of green olive. Tonight they added extra salt and garlic and it was just… not good. But it usually is! I have no idea why this is not their«house» dressing anymore, because when it’s good, it’s goooooood. Steak was weird tonight. It had a milky white substance on top. I’m sure it was just butter, which makes it delicious, but I’ve never seen it in a pool like that. But as far as the over-all review goes, still four stars. Usually much better. Service is great usually. Fantastic, actually. Really friendly staff.

I’ve been to this location for lunch before so I’m not sure what happened. Stopped by a Saturday night at this Longhorn since we were already in the area. The restaurant wasn’t fully packed so we didn’t have to wait for a table. I chose a yummy white peach tea for my beverage and had the server put in an appetizer order. I noticed the new specials going on and decided I wanted the new harvest salad. It sounded pretty awesome with the promise of hearts of palms, grape tomatoes, and butter lettuce. My bf ordered a filet entrée, medium rare. After ordering, we gave back our menus and started our table banter. I couldn’t help but notice that the couple behind us had a lengthy conversation with a manager. Since I was just a booth over I could overhear the manager just apologizing over and over. Was that a precursor warning for my table? I thought nah, not my business. Anyway, the entrees came and the server dropped them off. As we were getting ready to eat; I decided to cut my lettuce into bite sized pieces. As I’m cutting up the leaves, I noticed a good amount of my lettuce had dirt. Gross! I looked up at my bf and saw that his steak was overcooked, boo! I asked to speak with a manager, but that took some time. When she arrived she was apologetic about the mishap. I appreciated her concern, but my paranoia of cleanliness in the kitchen got the best of me. I declined her offer of a dinner redo and just asked for my check. As I got up to leave, I couldn’t help but notice 5 other tables eating salads. I really, really, really hope that they weren’t eating dirt!
