Spend your time and money elsewhere. Used them for about 4 months and always had to re-​iron the shirts due to creases, wrinkles or bad press marks. Recently they returned a shirt to me that they had discolored/​bleached in the collar. The shirt was worn once and dropped off perfect, but returned damaged and the owner/​manager loudly argued with me that the shirt was manufactured defective, my cologne caused it or something outside of her business caused it. They refused to replace it and placed blame anywhere they could. Terrible.

Atrocious customer service. On 3 separate occasions our orders were not correct. One time with shirts starched when not requested, another time on hangars when requested to fold — okay, I can live with this. However, after giving specific instructions regarding washing an expensive shirt they shrunk it beyond wearing. When I spoke with a manager he first told me he dry cleaned the shirt and that it could not have shrunk that much, after telling him I requested hand washing, he changed his story and said he hand washed it and that it was a fault of the manufacturer. He had no intentions of hearing me, but only wanted to argue. I am gladly taking my business where it is appreciated.

I never like to write a bad review, but I have given this dry cleaner several chances thinking just maybe I was catching them on a bad day. Very bad attitude and service. They always make you feel like you are bothering them and almost every time I have had to take several shirts back because of broken buttons or they had spots on them that were not there before I dropped them off.
