Marshalls

We use to go to this store because the location convenience, for my wife it works perfect but for myself I found out there is not that many options for men’s fashion, but this is not the main point for this review, by the end of the day the preferences on how do you wear your stuffs is a personal decision. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this store, we returned an article around 7:10 pm on Dec 16/​2015, as we didn’t have the original receive we got a Marshalls card and being in the store we realized we lost it. Right now we don’t know exactly if it felt on the floor when the teller gave it to us or if we never pick it up so the teller keep it and didn’t advice us at all. We returned to the counter and talk to the same teller about it and the only answer we got was a «Sorry, but you have to contact the Customer Service», She provided us with the number and we called in the store to realize it was close at 8:29pm. It’s really ridiculous the store can’t do anything to cancel a card they issued on the same day, and it’s stupid to have a customer service that is not even open during the store operating hours. This morning Dec17/​2015 we contacted the customer service, they went through the entire information in the receipt we have from the store and we just got the news the card only has 3.00 USD left!, honesty is a fucking shit!!!, and we paid for our mistake. Who ever found it out or even the teller if She never gave it to us I wish they can enjoy it a lot by doing such selfish action in this time of the year. I made a mistake and paid for it but for sure I erase from my shopping commute this store, and I’m done with Marshalls.

TOURIST central during the summer. This is a great Marshalls. It’s always clean, the staff is helpful and you can find some good deals every so often. Found some good deals during the fall. The only downfall to this Marshalls — not Marshalls fault– is the Brazilians and tourists that take over this store during the summer. I went in there to pick up some face cream and couldn’t get in the isle because there where 3 Brazilians sitting on the floor with all the creams in their hand picking out other stuff.
I will only shop here when it’s not summer time.

Thank the good Lord for a Marshalls in my neck of the woods! It’s great to have a discount retailer with an organized store layout, and quality product. Sorry but Ross Dress for Less doesn’t cut it for me anymore!

you know? i just went to this store to keep my sister company, it’s not a place i prefer when it comes to purchasing discounted brands of clothing. I went ahead and checked it out for the heck of it and it confirmed everything that i had come to expect from this dept store. The options of clothing for me at least for men is really vague and dated fashion. The shoes are not my style at all and it’s not really that much of a bargain. I recommend that you go to higher end stores in the sales sections and you will find the same price for better quality of clothes. This is ofcourse my personal view on taste and fashion for men.

I love Marshalls and I’m so happy that this one opened up just a few minutes from my work.
Who needs to eat? I just go shopping during lunch.
You never know what you’ll find. Yesterday I saw paddle boards (or surf boards, I’m not so sporty) — that’s pretty cool for a discount department store…
I always find something and it’s always fun to look around.
