Had a miserable experience purchasing a mattress. Was told it would be delivered at a day between 8 am and 5 pm. At 4:45 I get a call from a store rep saying it won’t be delivered until 8 pm. It was either I be available then or it won’t be delivered for another 2 days. Since I already disposed of my current bed in order to make room for the new one, I had to cancel important plans so I don’t go without a bed for the next 2 nights.
There are PLENTY of furniture stores around here. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
EDIT: They also delivered the wrong mattress
