Millenia Event Catering

I can’t even begin to say enough great things about Millenia Catering! Tonya was my contact and she is amazing! A lot of caterers that I first contacted about having a Christmas Day wedding catered blew us off but Millenia Catering treated us like their first priority. Aside from the wonderful service both before and during the wedding– the food was outstanding! We did tasting stations of sliders and pasta and they even took our special food requests to make sweet potato casserole and sausage balls. That was the icing on the cake since sausage balls are a staple in my family for the holidays. Chef Lo’s food was just incredible. I love how the head server at our wedding made sure to accommodate my husband and I with hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour while we were taking pictures away from the rest of the guests. The staff were very friendly and exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait to plan another event and will be using Millenia Catering again. Thanks so much for the excellent experience!

I don’t know how to fully thank Chef Lo and his staff. To be quite honest, it was hard to get in contact with Jessica at the beginning, but Chef Lo picked up the ball and started rolling. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Millenia in a heart beat.
Guests kept raving about the food, esp. the egg rolls and the pecan encrusted chicken. To be honest, I didn’t get to eat much during my wedding, but knowing that my guests were taken care of allowed for me to attend to other things.

Chef Lo recently catered, Tommy Murphy’s of Greenery Productions, «Spring into Green — Second Annual Spring Event». The annual event was held in support CFHLA Cares which lends «Helping Hands» to Central Florida’s many homeless students.
From the sushi to meatball sandwiches food bountiful and delicious. Chef Lo’s presentation was a culinary delight for all his representation Spring into Green was perfectly themed. A Chair Affair, Inc. says «woohoo» for a job well done!
