Breakfast: Blah but not blech. Still not worth it. Undercooked grits on my last day in the south. :(Better choice than Manchu Wok or Qdoba? Maybe.

This is a great option for a healthy option that is quick. Not really sure why the low rating because my lunch was great. The ladies that took care of me were friendly and everyone was smiling. The Mediterranean salad was good(tomatoes were on their last fresh day) and the chicken was fresh, juicy and hot. They certainly give you plenty as well. If you need a quick bite and don’t want to eat unhealthy this is a great option!

Not sure why the extremely low reviews, but my reasoning for lack of stars is due to the fact that the workers do not have a good system going on. I understand that it can get extremely busy here, but that doesn’t deflect from the fact that it’s okay to take in a lot of orders only to get confused on who ordered what. I had to wait about 20 minutes total to order and to receive my order. It was a chaotic experience because every one was confused on what belonged to whom and who should get their food first. However, regardless of all this, they are nice and probably stressed out from the environment they are in. My favorite here is the carnitas bowl — their bowls in general are very filling and reasonably portioned. The paninis are okay — a bit on the bland side, but overall, their pricing is fair for airport food.

I chose the Taco Salad(a vegetarian option) over the Vegetarian Protein Bowl because I wanted chips and guacamole more than I wanted the red quinoa and corn relish.(I would have been happy with the bowl too.) Every chip was fresh, and the salad vegetables were too(not a speck of iceberg lettuce!). Plenty of everything; the veg chili and salsa have a nice kick without being overwhelming. The salad was made to order, so my request for«no sour cream» was no problem. Prices 20% less expensive than the Austin, TX airport(), and sales tax less as well. Nice employees who looked out for me. This would be a 4-star restaurant in a food court(hard to figure out the system to order), but clearly 5-stars in any airport. I will be back on my way home!

Greek salad was terrible. The lettuce was wilted. Even the onions(which were prolific) were so old that they were starting to ferment. Everyone within a 10yd radius could smell the stink that was this salad. I guess Nature’s Table is all about nature taking its course & decaying. The salad smelled so bad that I had to throw it away before getting on the plane. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

I had a power bowl and it was pretty good(and easy to take onto a plane). Service was helpful(I had a few questions) and quick. Not the best thing I ever had, but pretty good for an airport.

Stopped here for dinner before heading to my flight and ordered one of the protein bowls. I had eaten at this brand before at location in the Florida Mall near Orange Blossom Trail, so I was expecting similar food since I had enjoyed it over there. However, the food quality is not the same at this location. The bowl I ordered had brown rice in it, and there must’ve been old rice mixed in because every once in a while, I found myself crunching on some hard rice which made for a disturbingly unpleasant chewing experience. I felt like I could’ve chipped a tooth several times during my meal and had to be careful while chewing.

The dreaded 1 Star because what’s on the menu is different than what you get and more importantly– a dismissive reaction when I asked about it. I ordered the sensible starter sandwich as I was on a mission to avoid a fried breakfast(my stomach loathes my attempts at healthy eating). The sandwich is advertised on the screen as egg whites, tomato, cheese, and spinach on a panini bread. I love a good grilled panini so I was pretty annoyed when I opened the wrapped sandwich and found white sliced bread instead. I went back over to the counter to made sure I hadn’t read it wrong and it did in fact say«panini bread.» I got someone’s attention and said that I think there was a mistake and explained only to be told emphatically that panini only refers to the bread being pressed(and confirming that it was white sourdough). The person then turned around and proceeded to ignore me. In addition to the annoyance about the fact that they probably just didn’t want to fess up to having run out of panini bread(which is even pictured on an image of another sandwich they have on the menu termed«panini bread»), I saw that the egg white only filled half the bread, leaving a full half of the sandwich empty of contents. This clearly wasn’t the way this sandwich was meant to be constructed. Mistakes happen, the wrong bread gets used. The problem is how they handle it when it’s brought to their attention.(And yes, I googled panini and it refers to a «grilled sandwich made from bread other than sliced bread.» –Wikipedia) Next time I’ll go back to Zaza and grab a Cuban sandwich instead!

Food was ok, the most disappointing thing was the staff, it was straining their milk to even be bothered by potential customers, barely acknowledged us and very bothered that we even asked for food

Extremely dissatisfied with my breakfast from Natures Table. The portion was small but more importantly, the quality of the food was poor.

After a long day of traveling, I’m glad I was able to find a healthy option in the Orlando airport food court. They have a huge glass display with lots of choices including paninis, wraps, salads, antipastas, etc. I ordered a caprese panini(which comes with your choice of an apple or chips) for about $ 10. They didn’t have it available pre-made, so they made it fresh. I had to wait a few minutes longer than I probably would have elsewhere in the food court, but I actually liked the fact that it was newly made and hadn’t been sitting around for hours. However, if you’re in a rush, you’d probably be better off ordering something ready to go. I would consider it a bit on the pricey side, but since it’s the airport I wasn’t too surprised. And most importantly, the sandwich was delicious and the apple was very fresh! The employees were also very nice. It’s easy to get jaded and frustrated working at the airport and that’s generally the attitudes I experience, but the people who were serving me were quite friendly. I would probably eat there again if I’m ever passing through there again.

Good options for grabbing fresh food on the go. They make you feel so healthy getting these choices and then there’s the styro container. Shucks. Oh well, I appreciated not eating fried food on my plane ride back home.

2.5 Stars Its food in an airport… reduce those expectations. I would honestly eat here again — it was fast, affordable and reasonably tasty for a take out meal in an airport. I went here because its difficult to eat healthy when you travel it seems, and this joint looked like it wasn’t going to make me feel terrible later. I mean i could have crushed some wendy’s, but this seems like the smarter choice given my situation. The website even has nutrition information on it, so thats kinda cool too. I got the chipotle chicken wrap and it was solid. It filled me up for a quick lunch and it had just a bit of spice to it. If you head here just remember you are in an airport… just fill up the tank and move on.

Breakfast was good-ish. Pricing isn’t bad for an airport. I had a bacon, egg and cheese english muffin. A bottle of water was $ 2.59.

If there was a way to give this place a negative star I would. Bought a roast beef wrap there and the thing tasted like paper. The wrap was soggy but the roast beef was dry like sandpaper. The lettuce was brown on the edge and just flops out. I went up to the staff and told them that this wrap has no taste and they just shrugged and said yes we know. I asked for some kind of sauce and all they have me was hot sauce. Thought we will go heathy but never thought we will be fed this crap. This place serves food that belongs in a trash can. Yuck!

At 8am there were hardly all of the breakfast choices that they supposedly offered – only scrambled eggs, sausage patties and potatoes were available. I opted for a breakfast sandwich, which they messed up two times(and messed up the two customers ahead of me as well; handed a gentleman 4 pieces of toast when he ordered two sandwiches) and weren’t in a rush to fix mine until several customers behind me passed by. It ended up being literally two pieces of toast, a small fried egg, tiny bit of cheddar and a sliver of thin ham(think Buddig style). Not worth the atrocious 5 $ price tag. When I asked how much a banana costed, the employee replied, «I dunno.» For the simple overpriced food they were offering, they couldn’t get it right or quickly.

So in efforts to take better of myself I decided to read nutrition information for qdoba breakfast and opted out. Not sure why this place got my attention – food does not seem to be from nature really, just really mayonnaisy and quichy dishes with a few sandwiches topped with vegetables. Its marketing really,;I probably fared no better nutritionally than I would have at qdoba for breakfast, but at least I got some grits.

When you’re in the airport really early for a flight, there aren’t many options for you. So, I was excited to see a place called«Nature’s Table» thinking I could get some healthy options. No so much — for breakfast, you have a choice of sandwiches, burritos or any of 4 deli type salads from the case. Maybe it’s just me but the thought of coleslaw or some other mayo-based salad at 6am is just plain gross. So I had a sandwich which was dry and flavorless. Meh — walk down the concourse and go to Cibo’s instead.

Catatonia is a state of neurogenic motor immobility and behavioral abnormality manifested by stupor. Yes, that be me. I was up for 22 hours straight by the time I got to Orlando Airport on the not-so-magical Disney’s Magic Express. Because they insist on picking you up three hours in advance of your flight, I couldn’t even take a nap after a late night of Dueling Pianos at Jellyrolls on Disney’s Boardwalk. Not only did I have to wait an hour for the United ticket counter to open, but I had at least another 90 minutes to kill before my flight. Like many before me, I sauntered over to the food court to see this particular operation to see them fully open at 5AM. I wasn’t really that hungry, and I knew breakfast was coming on the flight, but I must have been in some subconscious, sleepwalking state because I found myself ordering one of their $ 7 Breakfast Burritos, a rather huge concoction with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, Monterey Jack cheese, green peppers, onions, and potato chunks — all of it wrapped in a flavored tortilla(see photo). It actually wasn’t terrible, just unwieldy and excruciatingly microwave-hot for my taste. I found myself giving up halfway through and nibbling on what I could of the rest. Must stay awake… must stay awake. FOOD — 3 stars… an overabundant burrito with a full breakfast inside… is that a good thing? AMBIANCE — 2 stars… it’s the airport at 5AM… what do you think? SERVICE — 3.5 stars… not bad, perkier than a graveyard staff deserves to be TOTAL — 3 stars… you could do worse at an airport past the security gate
