I came to Next Level with my Jeep Wrangler wanting to get better sounding audio because the stock system sounded horrible, but I wanted to keep the stock head unit. Steve gave me my options and I listened to a few different brand speakers at the shop and finally decided to go with the MMats pro audio system with a subwoofer. I am blown away by the difference in quality, they even added a bass control knob!

Have to say what a fantastic place to get your car audio work done. Fair pricing and the team that is there is absolutely phenomenal. I definitely do plan to come back. Big thanks to Todd for being extremely helpful on the fly!

I couldn’t be any more satisfied with my experience. Steven handled my Yukon and my boat like his own and the installation on both truck and boat were perfect. I made an appointment to come in for the estimate and then booked an appointment for the installation a few days later. They catered to my schedule and made sure the «package» was done on time. This place is a rip off !!! First off, they didn’t know what they were talking about when I brought them my subwoofer. I ordered it online and verified with the tech that it would work with my current set up. When I took the sub and box there, the guy told me that it wouldn’t work and that I should get a 4 ohm speaker instead of the 2 ohm that I brought in. I contacted the website and told them what the installer said. They sent me another after checking the specs. To my surprise, they sent the same 2 ohm speaker. Furious, I called them back and spoke to a manager and senior tech person and I was ensured that it would work if wired down to 1 ohm. The tech then proceeded to laugh when I told him the shop was charging me $ 89 to do the wiring. He told me I could do it myself. He sent me the diagram and I also went to their YouTube channel and saw the video. It was so simple. I know nothing about wiring speakers and it took me about 20 minutes to get it all done. All they had to do was literally wire the speaker and install it in the box. For an experienced person, that should take no more than 10 – 15 minutes. I asked how much that would cost and they told me $ 89.
Then I asked them about changing my headlight bulbs. I had the direct replacements already and they just needed to get to the headlight and replace them. The same guy told me that it was about 3 – 4 hours of work at $ 89 per hour. I refused to pay that. Luckily a friend of mine was in town and we replaced them. It took us without proper tools and bs’ing about 45 minutes to an hour. There is no way it should have taken «experienced» people that long.
I’m from NYC and I’ve seen plenty people try to get over. These guys are by far the biggest crooks that I’ve seen. I would stay FAAAAAAAR away if you value what’s in your wallet !!

I got my car tinted and got a system put in and they did an awesome job. The owner’s are really nice and get the job done quick! I definitely would recommend Next Level!

Next Level has done excellent and affordable work for me in the past, so when my glove compartment door lock broke with my car registration locked inside, i swung by Next Level to see if they could get it open… I figured they might have tools to get the job done. In less than 10 minutes, the very nice young man at the front desk, pried it opened enough for him to grab my registration out with some pliers. He didn’t charge me anything and I really appreciate the good deed! Thanks for being helpful!

This is a great place to get your cars audio upgraded. (Or any other car electronic accessories) Fair prices and friendly staff. They will be getting more business from me

Just got my brand new Cadillac ATS’ window’s tinted here. They did a really great job– It looks beautiful. It was quick, easy, and they gave me a great deal. 2 thumbs up!

Had a vehicle specific sub installed. Pannals removed etc. maybe a seat. Fair amount of work/​labor done in a VERY reasonable amount of time. After some scheduling issues things got worked out and would definitely recommend. Legitimate shop/​crew. Will do business again with them and will recommend to anyone looking for a serious shop.
