Omega Solutions Transport

This is a very deceitful company at best. Ordered a television and the freight company hired these morons to deliver it to my home. I get a call the day before from Glynnis informing me of the delivery window. I ask her very clearly if I could simply open the box, plug in the television and make sure that it will turn on before accepting delivery. She said that would be fine. The delivery guys (thugs) show up and place the tv down and immediately tell me to sign the shipping receipt. I inform them of what I was told and they immediately start to pick up the tv and leave. I ask them what is going on, and they tell me to either sign the receipt or they will take the tv back. I finally tell them fine. I go to inspect the box and they get between me and the television and tell me that I do not have the right to inspect or touch the box until I sign. I go to get my cell phone to call their dispatcher and they still proceed to block my path from getting my phone. I tell them that they are in my house and obstructing my path and they tell me that they do not care and the only way to make them stop is to sign. I immediately tell my wife to call the police and only then do they call their dispatcher, Anthony (another thug). After listening to him and them attempting to explain to him that his own staff said I was allowed to plug the tv in, he threatens me by saying he is going to tell his drivers to take the tv and that I will have my tv for the holidays. At that point I inform him that the police are on their way. Finally their delivery team leaves and waits outside for the police. After having a moment to settle down, I start to wonder why they was so adamant in not even letting me inspect the box that the tv came in. After looking at the box a little harder, it clearly looked as if was tampered with in some one as one of the plugs to seal the box was missing and the package looked like it may have been opened and put back together again. After all of this, I refused delivery and sent the item back.
