Orange County Library System – Herndon Branch

If it were in a better location I would give it more stars. I’m amazed at what a benefit it is to be a resident in Orange county. All the old fashioned books, digital books, DVDs video games, magazines you could want. plenty of seating here and lots of people use their computers. I love ordering books online and being able to renew online. Why spend $$ on a book when you can borrow. Love the OCLS!

Decent for a couple of DVDs or books. The only reason for 4 stars is because they need a much bigger library of DVDs like some of its other Orlando locations. You can check out 100 items at a time and renew online. Very convenient. Return items inside for a quicker drop than the automated machine on the outside.

I enjoyed my time at this library. I had been here before to get a card for copies from the printer. The staff was willing and able to show me how everything works from the computer time to how the printer works when getting documents from the computer. This time I came in just to do some business that desperately needed to be done and so I had a few more questions and once again the staff was great. Not were they only great to me, but they were great with all the customers, especially a guy who was giving the librarian hell about his time expiring on the computer. She was calm, cool, and collected which impressed me very much with her professionalism. Becoming a regular at this branch will be a goal of mine for 2014 and beyond.
