Otown Tan

I found out about OTown from a Groupon I purchased. It was a 5min longer drive than my other tanning salon, but I figured I would give it a try. And I’m SO glad I did!!! The staff is amazing! They took the time to explain all the packages and were very knowledgeable about everything. The rooms were so clean that I didn’t know the trash can was an actual trash can. I’m just so impressed with the customer service and with OTown! This is my NEW and only tanning place! Recommending to everyone!

I had purchased a Groupon for 1 month of unlimited tanning at OTown Tan. The staff was always super friendly and the beds were always clean. This was my first (outside of the gym) tanning experience and I would suggest Otwon to anyone!

The customer service was absolutely amazing! My GPS had me going all over the place but I called and Brooke was super sweet and directed me where to go. You walk in to a super warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was a first time customer using their spray tan booth. Brooke walked me step by step on how it works. Results came out great! I will absolutely be returning!

These ladies are sooooo nice! My stupid GPS had me going in circles and I finally made it there 10 minutes before closing, as a new customer. They were so nice, explaining everything, with no rush. Very professional yet personable. I would HIGHLY recommend them and their spray machine is the newest and best out there! Go in and ask for the Group on special and tell them I sent you :-)

Love their spray tan booth — they said it was a new type of machine, and it gave great results without being sticky and uncomfortable after. Mackenzie was super sweet and thorough with the instructions (the new booth has different positions than the ones I was used to). I am definitely going back here, and would recommend to anyone looking for a spray tan.

The last time I went tanning was in college four years ago. I’m not too familiar with which beds are great, how much time to spend in each, or what lotions to use. That said, everything I noticed and experienced at this tanning salon was fantastic. Solid customer service, thorough knowledge and explanation of the beds and the services offered, and the girls were incredibly friendly. The place looked spotless, too.
I came across the salon on Unilocal and scoped out their Facebook page. I found the free week tanning deal for first timers. If you read into it, it’s just for basic beds, but you can upgrade for $ 20 for the week and use any bed you’d like — which is a solid deal since some of their high performance beds are close to $ 30 for one time.
I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. Way better than some of the chains out there — all around.

Love this place. I consider myself a tanning connoisseur and this place is top of the line tanning! The owner is there often and is amazing and super friendly. The have a great spray tan machine that gives you a natural looking tan and reasonable prices. They always have some kind of special so you can save on lotions. I will never tan anywhere else as long as this place is open! The best! And they give you a one week free trial to test them out. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

This tanning salon is AMAZING! Not your average tanning salon here. NO drama with young high school girls or even older stuck up women like at some salons. I’ve tanned/​had memberships at EVERY salon in Orlando as well as a few in MI. NOTHING compares to this! Staff is VERY friendly and helpful! They are not pushy and do not try to just up sell you on a bed or lotion. Unlike every salon that gives a «free tan» or even a «free week» Otown Tan actually let’s you try EVERY bed including a FREE spray tan. Most salons only let you go 5 mins or allow you to use their level 1 beds. The spray tan machine they have is the best I’ve ever used! Better then the hand sprays I’ve had before, plus much quicker! At most salons the entry level beds do NOTHING for me. At Otown they actually get me a great base tan! Every room is equipped with baby wipes, tissues, towels, full length mirrors, AND a clothes rack! This is great for me because I can actually remove my makeup with the baby wipes and not worry about my work clothes getting wrinkles. If you haven’t tried this place, I HIGHLY recommend trying it! Can’t go wrong with a FREE week and FREE SPRAY tan! My boyfriend even loves this place!

I was on vacation in Florida and stopped in to try to solidify my base before being scorched by the Florida sun. This place was great! I was directed to their FB account by a friend and received a free week of tanning, which I was able to utilize during my visit. The woman at the front counter was knowledgeable and super nice. If I lived in Orlando I would definitely sign up for this salon’s services. I will certainly keep it in mind for next time I visit.

Guess I see something different that the last two posts. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. Their pricing is competitive to the other local salons. If you look at their website their prices «start» at $ 12.95 a month. Some folks have a decent base tan and only need a couple days a week to maintain. So the $ 12.95 for the weekends is perfect.
If you’re just starting out here is my suggestion. Like them on Facebook and you’ll get a free week of tanning. The free week includes their second to the best beds. You can upgrade for $ 20 and use any of their beds. But I’m cheap so I’ll stick with the freeness. After the free week, upgrade to the platinum for the $ 39 a month. You have the option to use any of the beds. The girls can direct you on how to get that deep savage tan by using different beds. Once you’ve reached your plateau drop down to the $ 12.95 to maintain. They are open early enough where so you don’t feel like you’re wasting your weekend.
My family up north thinks that we Floridians should be tanned year round. Apparently they don’t believe we actually work down here. If sitting on the beach every day with a cocktail in my hand was an option I’d be there. So in the meantime, I’ll work on my tan gradually. In my opinion tanning at the salon is cheaper than hitting up the beach every weekend.
So in all, I would definitely recommend this place.
