There are two times never to come to Panda: close to closing, and when there’s a line all the way to the door. At those times the food is old, or they get easily flustered, which frequently leads to mistakes. Any other time you’re golden. I’m a big fan of the sweetfire chicken breast. I often get it with half noodles and half fried rice. A little of their soy sauce sets the rice off nicely. PROTIP: Keep your receipt. You can do a survey and get a free entrée item with your next order. If you like Panda Express it’s worth it.

Overall, my experience at this panda was a quality one. The dining room is very clean and has a great layout with an ample amount of space. The staff was very friendly and I got my food quick. The food itself was delicious. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is a fan of Panda.

This location has been here forever and yesterday we decided we couldn’t take the great smell coming from the restaurant anymore. We gave it a try. This is generally not my favorite type of food, but everything we ordered was very tasty and fresh. The staff worked like a well oiled machine and the restaurant itself was very clean and organized. I would say that if PF Changs and Pei Wei had a baby, Panda Express would be it. Pricing is very reasonable at $ 5-$ 8 a plate. You will get plenty of food. Their orange chicken is their signature item and I know why. It’s really good! I’ll definitely be back.

This place is nice and clean. I wish I got the names of the ladies who helped me, but the one who served me was helpful. She helped me choose which entrée to pick from the various dishes. I ended up sharing a 3-entrée platter with my daughter. She got noodles and orange chicken, while I chose beef and broccoli and peppered chicken. The entrees were all good. I’m picky with my chicken, but it was tender and juicy. The noodles, on the other hand were dry and hard. The cashier was very friendly. I will return, but avoid the noodles. I might opt for the veggies instead.

You can never go wrong with Panda… My favorite combination is sweet fire chicken breast with orange chicken and chow main. The service is good, fast and clean. Always important!

Location is in a great area. Near UCF and Waterford shopping plaza. Even though it’s in a busy area, there’s lots of parking in the area. I gave this location a «so so» rating because their orange chicken was a bit soggy and their fried rice had a weird taste like it was spoiling and needed to be tossed out. Other than that, service is good and it has a spacious layout. Okay if your craving fast food Chinese after a day of shopping around the area.

I go here regularly, what more is there to say.- Just wished they had brown rice everyday. Really like that they(all Panda’s) have the single entrée bowl and that you can have half/half on rice or noodles and steamed veggies. This Panda is very generous with their portions too, I’ve been to several Pandas in Florida and this is by far the best out of the ones in Orlando especially. Keep up the great work!

The only thing really good about this Panda Express is convenient location right across from the Waterford Lakes shopping plaza. The food quality is very sub-standard. Although the location is rarely ever busy, when there is a line it takes surprisingly long to get service. Although there are not many great Chinese eateries in the immediate area of this location, Panda Express is really a last resort for Asian food due to the poor quality and not providing a bang for your buck.

They locked the door on me as I walked up. This place lost my business. Found another Chinese place in Waterford lakes that beats this place hands down. So if you want fast mediocre Chinese food this is your place.

I think if you know the run down on how to skillfully order at a Panda Express then this place is fine. People complaining about small portions are idiots that order an egg roll as an entrée item and broccoli beef(everybody knows broccoli beef is always mostly broccoli)

We just moved to this side of town and expected the quality to be the same from one Panda to the other, but sadly, not so. We have gone 3 times(in the hopes that it was just a fluke), and each time, the good is totally off. I used to always get orange chicken, walnut shrimp and lo mein, but at this location, on two occasions, the shrimp has this«vern in the freezer too long» smell and tastes overcooked. Last time I skipped the shrimp, and the lo mein was not soft and it was really dry. It’s really disappointing, but oh well. I guess it’s time to find some authentic stuff!

I enjoy this place. It’s always very clean and the staff are very friendly. I think I got here at a great time. Just after the lunch rush It looks like everything had just been refreshed. The vegetables were perfect and the 3 entrees(1 free with a coupon) seemed to have just been put out for service.

Run of the mill Panda Express at this location. The food was pretty fresh and tasted like Americanized Chinese food. It’s a bit pricey, I think, but it did its job.

The fired rice was dry. The beef and broccoli was the smallest portion I have ever seen come out of a Chinese restaurant. The selection was limited and I had to wait for the Beef and Broccoli only to then be disappointed by the quality and quantity. You can get larger and fresher Chinese food at any regular Chinese restaurant. AVOID this place at all costs.

I like this Panda Express – the food is usually pretty well stocked and fresh and that means you get to order what you want and eat really quickly. It’s a favorite when I have the late evening munchies and want to have vegetables in my meal. You order cafeteria style, walking through past the food, while the food is dished up either eat in our take out. Both options are good, the food stays tasty and warm at leat 15+ minutes. I love the orange chicken and kung pao chicken, with the chow mein noodles. The spring rolls are also tasty, especially the sweet and sour. The prawns are good too. When you check out, the waitress will offer up fortune cookies and let you fill your own drink. Many options. I like the SOBE drink. Many people dine in, there’s plenty of tables even if alone. The parking lot is quite close and convenient to many local shops. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful, even making sure you get your kung pao even if its being cooked.

My family used to get the Panda Feast and many extra sides almost every Friday for our movie night. I L-O-V-E-D the atmosphere and amazingly friendly employees, they knew our order when I walked in and after making eye contact would tell the cooks to start fresh Rangoons and Spring Rolls(we have a 20 min drive home). Our containers were ALWAYS filled and packed down and filled more. Absolutely above and beyond. That said it appears after a few employees have left and new people have been hired on everything has changed, most of all their customer service. I understand a few mistakes, I understand being new, I understand being overwhelmed at the lines they deal with on Friday/Saturday nights. I cannot understand or look past the last 3 –4 times(yes we kept our hopes high) the level of filth, the rude people behind the counter, messing up my order multiple times(after supposedly checking it before they knot the bag shut) and then basically calling us liars for bringing it up. The COLD chicken(and not because of our drive, we usually still have to be careful of burns when we open our taped up boxes at home) and super dry to the point I hurt my tooth Lo Mein noodles! Then all of a sudden the price for the exact thing we have ordered for almost a year starts to vary every time we go. I literally looked at my bank statements and can see the 2 – 4 dollar variance per visit. Huh. It’s too bad because my family enjoyed our movie nights and the kids still ask for this food, we just don’t have any other PE within driving distance that I want to waste money trying. We miss the previous staff of 3 – 4 months back. Oh and they stop making food well before close, expect an attitude and very little choices if you come anywhere near closing, Mostly the stuff nobody ever orders that sits out. No noodles etc.

Go here every other week, we enjoy the orange chicken and sides. Glad that you get a decent portion size. You do tend to keep eating it even when you are full. I usually order the plate and have them put one of the entrees in a box before I get to the cashier. It stops me from eating too much most of the time. Great place to go when you are really hungry. The salt and sugar are probally pretty high in their food. So really can’t go there too often. Prices are a bit high when the family goes with me(that is why they lose a star). Not a big fan of Pepsi products and they do have those. So I stiick with the tea or water. I try to fill out a survey before I go to get a free entrée, but most of the times I forget. Service always quick at this location. People smile and are friendly. No WiFi available here.

«Oh bliss. Mall food.» That above quote was from an old episode of «Buffy» in which she eats Americanized Chinese food at a mall. I would assume it is Panda Express. Anyways, Panda Express is your typical mall food, served really fast and the food is right in front of your face. The lines in here are usually long. I have only visited three Panda Expresses, one at the Waterford Lakes Shopping Center in Orlando, FL, the one in Universal Citywalk Orlando, and then the branch at the Riviera food court in Las Vegas. The Waterford location is at a mall near UCF and lines are usually long during lunch. I usually get the orange chicken and broccoli beef with the half and half rice and lo mein, and sometimes the eggrolls. The food is mall food, but it is considerably better than the other choices. Usually one meal is both my lunch and dinner, since they give you huge portions. On most of my visits the food is newly cooked and the chicken is crunchy. However there are times in which the chicken is kind of old. When you think Vegas, you usually think buffet, but I was really hungry and decided to try the Panda Express at the Riviera. The line was longer than a theme park ride(no exaggerating!) and the good thing about it is the food is constantly fresh and newly cooked. I ordered the same items and I was not disappointed. However for some odd reason I felt hungry after that and ate at the Slots O’ Fun restaurant(where they have 75 cent footlongs) and was so full of food, I can barely move! The CityWalk branch is open really late. It’s a joint that drunks like to stop by and pig out like after several hurricanes and other liquors nothing beats Americanized Chinese. Overall, Panda Express is a decent restaurant. And yes, it is mall food.

Tons of food for a great price! Bring your appetite. The staff here is nicer than what you would experience 95% of the time at a fast food place. Only misleading this is the way the menu is laid out, it appears that a drink comes with the meal, but it is not included.

The food here is surprisingly good. Walking in, I expected it to be basically what it looks like — an expanded version of the ubiquitous fast food pseudo-Asian counter at every shopping mall food court in the country. And in some sense it was, only better, The chow mein was just a tad on the dry side(maybe sitting in the bin a little too long by the time we got there?) but the orange chicken and the mushroom chicken were both quite tasty. The staff seems friendly, and at the end of my receipt was a link to a survey that resulted in a coupon for a free entrée item on my next visit. Sweet!
