I’ve been to this place twice and the service is subpar. They are always out of fountain soda and are very stingy with the napkins. I do understand that overhead control is important to stay in business, but napkins are not usually the biggest monthly expense. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Never a surprise when I come to pita pit, unlike many other assembly line style chains where sometimes your food falls apart or other times some veggies aren’t as fresh on some days. The food here is ALWAYS fresh and delicious, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The location is especially convenient as well, being between publix grocery store and planet fitness! No complaints.

My friends and I were just looking for a quick, healthy option on the go. Pita pit hit the spot. I had the black bean pita. It was good choice and I really enjoyed. My friends were happy with their Dagwood, and Hawaiian pitas. Pita pit is a nice option to many of the normal fast food options. I did have to joke with them about not having fresh lettuce, both batches were brown. They said they were getting a fresh batch at 1pm (it was around 11am) but they left the brown lettuce out. There must be some company rule about not leaving bins empty. Otherwise it was tasty experience.

I really like having a different option with fast food and a sandwich. Love that all pitas are the same price and there is a ton to choose from. The staff are always college stoner kids and I love the grill and made to order in front of you food.

I’ve eaten Pita Pit before but only at a party. I got the Philly pita and it was delicious!!! The service was speedy and the staff was very friendly and courteous. My daughter got a quesapita and loved it!!! The prices are very fair and you get plenty of food. I’ll definitely be coming back to eat here again!!!

I was very disappointed in the size of my steak and cheese. They use to be a good size. Now they are the size of taco bell meximelt. If they are going to cut the portion in half, they should cut the price in half. I will never darken their door again.

I went in today and got a philly and black bean pita. The Philly was ¼ the size of the black bean. I didn’t notice until I got home and opened the bag, and saw how very small the philly was. I got it with onion, green peppers and mushrooms. I called the store and was told since they are under new management that is the portion size. Veggies make the pita bigger. I said we have ordered before and they have been normal side. He said sorry, best I can offer is a cookie. Didn’t offer to remake or anything. Also, for my black bean, they forgot the black bean and had to reopen it put the black bean in. Too bad cause I like this pace, but will not go back.

This is the third time that I have gotten delivery from this location and two out of three times they’ve gotten it wrong I’m not even sure if I want to call back a fourth time. The first time they forgot something simple, this time they forgot to add something to a pita that I really wanted the pita came soggy and with no extras that I had requested. When I called I wasn’t asking for anything free but I just wanted them to know that they again had messed up my order the girl on the phone said it’s not their fault that the pita was soggy because the delivery location was far. If it’s too far why do you deliver here? As to what they forgot she did not have any apologies I’m just very disappointed in this new location and I would like to mention that the last couple times I did order delivery it was not soggy so this is again not an excuse. I could’ve ordered from so many different places and this is what I chose and I was thoroughly disappointed.
