Pteranodon Flyers

This ride was so much fun! But please note adults CANNOT ride without a child in tow. It’s fast moving and if you can tolerate the long line, you’ll be fine.

The great thing about this ride is the views you get while on the ride. The biggest bane of this ride is the SLOW moving line and the SLOW load time.
The good: it is a neat ride, feels like you’re flying free wheeling and going in and out though the tree tops high above Camp Jurassic. It is fun and we were smiling and enjoying ourselves throughout the entire ride.
The bad: the wait time is always ridiculous and the reasons for that are two things: each «ride car» can only hold TWO people and the second is that typically I believe it runs three or so ride cars at a time… do the math-that’s six riders every few minutes, plus loading and unloading time. To help circumvent this they’ve instituted a min and max height rule, one of the stipulations being you basically have to have a kid with you to ride.
Long story short: neat concept, terrible execution.
