I walked into this Publix this morning, in search of some bread chips for a spinach dip I made for work. I expected to get a bag off of the display case. When I didn’t see any, the baker asked me what i was looking for, after checking, he said we don’t have any but I will make you a fresh batch right now and they both went into action… in 7 minutes I had oven fresh bread chips!

Love this Publix location. I go out of my way to shop here. Awesome customer service and very clean! I pretty much shop here every day for lunches and after work for small things like water, and ingredients for dinner. Never busy, very polite staff and fast check out. I have Publix’s closer to me but 1 is an older Publix filled with old customer that slow everything down, and the other is price gouging because it’s in a location next to a popular mall for tourists.

Great location before you get to Walt Disney World, if you are driving from the airport. Very friendly staff and they have everything. Very good prices, too.

While I do not have Publix in the New York area, I must say that they have become my favorite conventional supermarket chain based on my experiences at their many stores I have been to in South Florida and the Orlando areas based on their impeccable cleanliness, excellent customer service, high quality perishables, excellent deli, and fair prices. On my last trip to Disney World, I stopped at this Publix courtesy of my driver from Tiffany Towncar/​Transportation Orlando (
) thanks to a free grocery stop included with the ride and this Publix’s convenient location en-​route to my hotel. Upon entering this average-​sized Publix, I found it to be immaculate, bright, and cheerful, not unlike other Publix stores I have visited. When I entered, I first went to the deli where Charlotte, a bubbly and efficient associate was happy to slice me half a pound of Boar’s Head Three Pepper Colby Jack at about $ 10.49/lb, which is on par with what I pay at conventional supermarkets on Long Island. After stopping at the deli, I went to the produce department, where I picked up a 16-​ounce box of sweet and tart Florida strawberries for $ 2.99, sweet and plump blueberries for $ 2.99, bananas that were not too ripe and the perfect texture for $ 0.69/lb, and delicious Publix orange juice, which is priced less than the national brands and just as good, if not better quality. I then went to the wide and well-​organized grocery aisles, where I purchased a 12-​pack of Diet A&W Root Beer for $ 5.29. Based on this experience, I found that the prices at this Publix were comparable, if not slightly cheaper than the prices I pay for groceries at home. After going to the grocery aisles, I encountered Joseph, a personable and polite employee who was able to help me find two Publix insulated recyclable bags by actually walking me to the location, which was very much appreciated! When it came time to check out, I found my cashier Eddie to be friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient and his bagger Johann bagged my groceries perfectly, making for a pleasurable, smooth, and seamless transaction. Based on this and many other experiences at Publix, it is not hard to see why their tagline is «where shopping is a pleasure.»

I literally pass two publix’s from my house to get to this one. The staff here is amazing and so friendly and helpful especially with my allergies. The ones by me need some serious customer service help with bakery and deli. This location could not be better. Parking is never an issue and everything is very clean and organized. I will always make this my home location.

The customer service here was fantastic! We went to the deli where Colleen helped us try new cheeses and took the time to make sure we had what we needed. Additionally, the gentleman stocking helped us find where items were located. The check out woman was efficient and fast. The sacked did an awesome job sacking.
Prices were comparable.

Customer Service at it best, and I never had this kind of help in any supermarket… EVER! I was in Orlando on business, and need a few items that I forgot to bring with me. Yeah, I was in rush to get in and get out, and it seems every employee on the floor was there to help me at every turn of the aisle. This store is very clean, and not too crowded. The only draw back, the market closes at 10 pm.

I’m only writing this review to comment on the bakery as that’s the only time I entered the store. This location is close to my work and I had to order a custom cake for an event. During the ordering process they didn’t seem to know all of the options for cakes. The day I was supposed to pick up my order I received a call and was told my order could not be fulfilled as requested so it had to be changed the day of & I was not pleased. I carried the cake and my purse to cash out and was offered no assistance in walking to my car when the manager was at the counter. Seemed very unusual for publix customer service.

This supermarket provided everything that I needed while I was staying in Florida for a week. The prices for majority of the items were fair and comparable to my supermarket at home (NY). For those from the Western NY area, Publix is similar to a Tops.

This was our first stop after landing at MCO to stock up on water and toiletries for our 10 days in Orlando.
The store is nicely kept and employees were friendly. I’d compare it to the newer Safeway stores here in Hawaii. Prices were reasonable and/​or really good!
I did go to a Publix five years ago during a previous trip to Disney World, but I’m not sure if this was the same one!

As always, Publix lives up to it’s motto– «Where shopping is a pleasure».
Friendly and attentive staff, clean store and you can’t beat the BOGO’s!
This store is close to the touristy area of International Drive, but it is somewhat off the beaten path which means that the store is usually not super crowded. It makes it easy to get in and out quickly which is always a plus!
This location is convenient to my work location, so I know I’ll return!

Large, clean store. Friendly staff. The deli has some pretty great subs. We went there several times during our stay and had a good experience each time.

Good subs and very attentive to customer service. The guy who deals with the fish is always pleasant.

While this brand new store is very nice, the prices are super high! Maybe that’s due to the fact that it’s located in a touristy area (directly across the street from a big convention hotel). They have everything you could possibly need (even an entire aisle of Mouse souvenirs) and the shelves are stocked with so many different brands that it’ll make your head spin. As long as you bring your wallet and plenty of money, you’ll dig this Publix.

We were staying across the street at the craphole Rosen Shingle Creek and needed a few snack and drink options to keep in our room during our stay.
This Publix is huge, very clean, and very well stocked. There was ample parking and the staff was very friendly.

This is a Publix that was created especially for tourists and local college students. The store has everything that you need, as well as the Florida-​loving koozies and accessories that every tourist wants at the beach.
I went in frequently to get hot subs, as there are very few great restaurants in striking distance. You will wait a few minutes, but it’s worth every minute when you leave with a fresh baguette filled with Boar’s Head meats and cheeses.

Great publix for locals and tourist. They have everything a local would need to stock a home along with 2 extra isles of tourist needs such as floats, and other swim accessories.
The store is large and in charge. The waits are always reasonable. Parking is never a hassle.
The subs are amazing. My recommendation is to call ahead to order them. Their sandwich artist aren’t the quickest I’ve seen. Not slow but you could expect 5 minutes a sub.

Free samples of Bailey’s-esque Irish cream on St. Patrick’s Day! I didn’t even know you were allowed to sample alcohol. Costco, are you paying attention?
Oh yes, and their sandwiches are very good. Located very conveniently to the Vista Cay timeshares so you can stock up your condo fridge.
