This location has not really gotten any better over the last year since it opened. It’s always understaffed for a very busy location at all hours of the day. That causes issues with some types of bread not being available, the tables are hardly ever clean, trash is overflowing, ice tea empty. just overall poor management. Many other locations in this area I would suggest not going to this one.

Open late and a perfect quick meal after a 5K run while I’m here in the Orlando area on a biz trip. Right around the block from Vista Cay resort in the Publix supermarket shopping center. Seems like a newer location. Pretty spacious, plenty of seating, and decent service. A usual, the sandwiches are made fresh and you can include as many ingredients as you want. There is even some outside seating on the side of the building. Being that it’s so hot down here that my sneakers are melting I gladly ate inside with the cool air conditioning. Plus, they have clean bathrooms here too. Had to make use of them on my way out.

Just popped in with my family while on vacation looking for a healthy, affordable, and delicious lunch before heading to Universal Studios. Subway is a reliable and welcome alternative to expensive park fare. The food was fresh and tasty as always, but THIS Subway was especially clean and comfortable. The owner himself was there, greeting every single customer and making our sandwiches himself. Friendly and polite, he was engaging to us and every other customer. This place is first rate and a model to other franchisees across the country.

Very clean and always timely with service. It is a slow restaurant however, I wish it was busier for this location since it’s open for so many people. I would like to say that I enjoy that every single person is greeted walking in the door!

After a few more visits, I’d have to revise my review. Service at this location can be hit or miss. Multiple times when I stopped in for breakfast, the coffee carafe was empty which then took a long time to prepare(although they have now transitioned to a Keurig). Last week, there was only one team member on duty and when I entered the store she was outside by her car on her cell phone. I had to wait for her to run back into the store for service. On my most recent visit, it took almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich made, after some sort of billing discrepancy at the register followed by a long search to find lettuce for my sub and challenges at the register. I will keep visiting as this location is convenient for me, but the service lately has made me scratch my head.
