Just came from there. The gal behind the counter was super nice and made the sandwich in good time. However, I didn’t realize until I got to my hotel room that the sub roll was not fully cooked. It was quite doughy on the bottom and stuck to the paper. Grossed me out. Please check your bread before giving it to the customer.

Oh, the slowest service ever!!! However it is very great fast food, not so unhealthy as others only-deep-freid-serving stuff and for turists here it is very cool place.

Alright, so seriously, I just had the best tasting Chicken Pizziola sub if the history of ever. This is the tale of how that came to be. We’re running late for work, but we need to grab something to eat before we get there. Luckily this Subway is within walking distance of my wife’s job, so Subway it is. The location is undergoing some renovations, so the outside was a bit messy and unappealing, but the restaurant is open, so inside we go. Once inside it looks like any other Subway. The same greens and browns with a splash of color here or there. However, considering the mess outside, the inside was very clean and maintained. We head to the counter and encounter our hero for the first time. He makes my wife’s sub incredibly fast and efficiently. He then asks me what I would like. I ask if he can make a Chicken Pizziola. He chuckles, asks me what kind of bread I want and then gets to work. He starts asking me all kinds of questions that I’ve never been asked(Sauce on top or bottom, where do you want the pepperoni, etc.) He also does things no one else has done to my sub(he put several little slits in the chicken, he baked it twice, etc.). It was incredible. He was truly a sandwich artist. Gordon Ramsey would have been proud. Of course, all that means nothing if it doesn’t taste good. *unwrap* *bite* *tears* It was fantastic. Best ever, hands down. For that, and that alone, this place gets a full 5 stars. And super sandwich artist(I was so shocked I forgot to get his name), if you’re out there, you are the MAN!

Just got into town for a convention and found this subway across from my hotel. Let me just say, the owners should be so happy to know they made an EXCELLENT hire with Ethel. Visiting Subway, you know you’re going to get a good sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming, friendly and hard working woman named Ethel behind the counter that made this jet lagged lady smile. I’ll be back again before I leave town.

Like many of the previous reviews: There was only one person working and a 5 person line. So the service was VERY slow. The product was the same at any other Subway though. Decent food & at a good price.

Gay days. An ONE person working??? Wtf??? Totally unprepared. Total disappointment. What a horrible company.

I was STARVING when I found this Subway. Having just checked out of the hotel we were looking for breakfast, and this was just about the closest thing nearby.(I was using Unilocal to navigate us someplace else(Starbucks maybe?) but I gave up and stopped here as soon as I saw the open sign.) This seems to be a very new shop. The employee working(Gerry? — I’m bad with names…) was very friendly and said that it was a fairly new shop and mentioned that they had new equipment that some of the other Subways don’t have yet(like some sort of super turbo oven for the sandwiches). Anyway, on to the food. We got breakfast. $ 3 for a sandwich and coffee is the cheapest breakfast you will find in this touristy area of Orlando. And it was GOOD. My husband and I both had the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. It was quite tasty with the addition of the fresh veggies(everything they normally offer for subs). The store is a good size with lots of seating. It was empty when we went in around 9 a.m. I imagine it gets busier later in the day. Gerry also mentioned that they make subs in the morning too, so it would be smart to go in and pick up lunch here before heading on to expensive tourist traps(just a tip).

Pretty standard Subway right up the road from the hotel I am staying at while on a biz trip. Dropped in to get a quick lunch today before heading to the convention center. Clean with plenty of seating. Counter staff was courteous and made my sandwich as ordered. At least its an option to grab a healthier no frills meal in the land of fast food and fatty chain restaurants. No complaints and not much else to review here. It is what it is. Jared is still a dork. Open until 11pm. Also serves breakfast all day.

I discovered this Subway while looking for a Starbucks(don’t judge). Once you been to one Subway you have been to them all. This Subway was no different from the rest. The service was good and speedy. I felt bad for the female employee because this lady was being a total witch about her sandwich and her kids sandwiches(apparently she was allergic to herbs… lame). The employee handled the sass and attitude very well and I made sure to be extra friendly to her.

The absolute worst Subway ever. So bad, that I will think twice about ever eating at any Subway again. I feel sorry for other Subway franchise owners. This bad apple operates a horrible store and leaves me feeling like I shouldn’t patronize the entire chain again. This will sum up my experience at this Subway: Gross, gross, gross… Rip off, rip off, rip off… And of course to be expected– god awful, unsupervised employees.
