Very over priced, burgers sorta taste like McDonalds, Burgers are prepared like McDonalds would Prepare them, Only salad dressing in Caesar, Scenery is nice, music is nice, No Straws or lids for beverages, disappointed because it said they had ICEE’s when they didn’t, Chairs are uncomfortable, floor is very VERY dirty, and the cleaning person we had was sorta rude and was listening in on our conversation when he walked by! That pretty much sums this place up, I give a 3 star review because I am most likely never going to be back here if I come back to sea world

The cheeseburgers were cold as well as the fries. Overpriced as you would expect from a theme park. I personally, like the Voyagers Smokehouse and Seaport Pizza when eating at Seaworld.

Went to Sea World Orlando for our first time with my daughter, my god son, and his mom a week ago. The park was fun, but the food was not anything close to being fun. We chose here because my god son wanted a burger and they told us this was the place to go, or i guess they should have said not go because I think the dolphins eat better than the people when it comes to the restaurant. The burger was awful to say the least, the fries were tasteless, the food really had no flavor what so ever, honestly I have had hospital food that ended up tasting better. i think the best thing I ate at this place was the strawberries which were surprisingly fresh which i almost doubted too. The prices are insane as well i mean seriously 15.00 for a burger and fries that taste like that!!! The cutest thing was the shamu bowl and cup that you can buy so hey there is one positive to this place. The staff was just as bad as the food, when i saw a few kids running around with shamu crowns and found out they had them at the register i went to the lady and asked her if i could have one for my 2 yr old and she said yeah so go get it and pointed it at the end of the counter and asked me if i had bought anything or if i was just free loading one of her crowns. The wait time for a burger also was just terrible.

This place deserves a solid 2.5, not Good enough to get a 4 star rating. Not too many descent places to eat Seaworld, we were shooting for some pizza since we had a big group, however, $ 8.00 a slice was stupidly ridiculous! Kept walking around and came across this burger joint. Reviews weren’t the best but we were getting pretty hungry and had no other options. One lane to line up for orders which then splits into two separate sections, both serve the same food and you just have to eye ball it and see which is moving the fastest. They have a person in charge of the grill, burgers are cooked right in front of you in bulks, frozen parties of course, and put into a pan to serve to customers. Chicken was an Option on the menu but didn’t see anyone ordering it, I am a visual person– and in this case — I had to see what I am about to eat before ordering it. Ended up ordering a cheeseburger, not so bad(2 to 2.5 stars), a bit on the greasy side but I have had worse. Customer service would have to be split into two categories: People handling your food could use a little training on being more personable, I don’t think they even said Hi, they were like robots, it went something like this«hey there, I’d like a cheeseburger please» no reaction from their end, she picked up a bun, slapped the meat patty on top, slapped a cold slice of cheese on top, lettuce, tomatoes and fries on the side and handed me the plate. Cashier: if you don’t like your job, please find another one, I understand that it gets hectic, but if you gonna take $ 70 of my money, I expect a Hi, how are you, fake a smile or something and lastly a thank you. Well, none of the above. I hope you made it this far into reading my review before you made your decision to eat here, if you did, walk out and head towards the exit of the park, you should come across a pizza kiosk. They sell a large pie for $ 12.00 and how can you go wrong with pizza!!! THEEND.

Gotta love a business where you’d rather go hungry than overspend for literally the lowest caliber of food imaginable. It’s almost impressive. Spice Mill: I tip my hat(and roll my eyes) to you.

If I could give less then one star I would. Probably the worst«burger» you could ever eat. Tastes like beef and fillers. Pretty gross. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not sure where else to go at seaworld… still looking for anything decent to eat.

Hahahahahahahahahaha ^ that’s what went through my mind as I walked along the cafeteria style food display. THe food is soooo cheaply made and sooo over priced, but since your in a theme park they can get away with it. I was going to add a pickle to my meal.$ 4… Yes. $ 4 for a pickle.

Don’t even bother. Sea world is hardly know for its fine cuisine but for goodness sake the food should edible and the service could… well, offer service period. We got to spice mill and it was dead. We stood at the«order here» for sandwiches, etc and proceeded to stare at the FIVE people(including a manager and Chef) none of which greeted or even prompted the ordering process while close to 20 people poured in after us. Service was bad and not even a remote attempt at a smile; everyone looked completely miserable. The food. Ehhhhh at best. Our«buffalo chicken sandwich plater» at $ 11 was a pathetic frozen miniature breaded Breast with pepper jack cheese… when we asked if it was supposed to have BUFFALO sauce on it the girls response was«I guess so, do you some or something?» I could continue but it’s pointless; administrative offices and corporate staff are outstanding but the in park staff needs help badly. Save money. Drive across the street to wawa and have an edible sandwich.

Pretty disappointed with the food quality for the price I paid. I had a meal for 4 people and our total was about $ 60 for McDonald’s quality food. Burgers were dry. Pulled pork was soggy… And my $ 2.99 Coke tasted like crap.

I do not know where to start. Honestly I was pretty disappointed in this restaurant. The restaurant serves up cafeteria style burgers, salads, and sandwiches however everything is pre-made sitting out. My experience wasn’t very good. I ordered a cheeseburger. The cheese was slapped on(cold), it was not melted at all. Everything else was pretty much slapped on. For two burgers, one sweet tea, one small cheesecake slice it was 30 dollars for 5 dollar quality food. The view was pretty nice and that’s what I ended up paying for. What can you really expect from a fast paced theme park though?

Don’t let the name fool you. Spice is in no way involved with this place. It’s just a mediocre restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger, and the meat wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese. Add slow service, and you end up with cold food. The patty had an odd flavor; probably because the burger patties sit soaking in some kind of liquid in a metal tray. Not at all appetizing. If you do eat here, just eat while you’re waiting in line for the cashier. This place is not worth full price. At least we had the season pass discount. I doubt I’ll eat here again.

Food was decent but loss of 2 stars for price of food! $ 56 for 3 hamburgers, watermelon and a drink! Completely ridiculous! If you have no where else to eat it will work. Lunch time is super packed but before or after it is dead. Don’t expect 4 star restaurant but something to get you by.

Love sea world but they really don’t have a nice fast food location. We should have read the reviews for this place truly deserves just the one star. Poor service, sub standard food and high prices for the slop that’s offered. We tend not to eat at sea world and this is why.

This has to be one of the worst restaurants in SeaWorld. The food we ordered was completely disgusting. On the menu, they have the nerve to call their Steak Burger, Gourmet. It is far from being even close to Gourmet. They serve you this dry and tasteless patty on a cold and stale bun and then they slap a cold piece of cheese on top and charge you $ 9.00. I was stunned when I saw them preparing it and immediately regretted my decision to order it. The service at the checkout counter was unpleasant as well. The cashier had a real attitude problem and had a look on her face like she was miserable. Unfortunately SeaWorld does not offer many places with decent food. They should look at how they do things at their sister park, Busch Gardens and learn from that.

I love everything about Sea World — except this restaurant. If you want to experience 30 minute lines, overly priced, poor quality food and unfriendly, slow moving staff that could play a casting role in a zombie flick, then Spice Mill is your spot. The interior of the restaurant is a cafeteria style dining venue that offers burgers, huge slices of cake, chicken sandwiches and some vegetarian options. Stick to the Shamu show, and save your appetite for the Sharks Underwater Grill.

On a recent trip to SeaWorld, we decided to try one of their newer places to eat hoping for a better than theme park experience… but that would be a no. When we decided to have lunch, we checked our map and this was the closest place to us. It looked new and clean and the menu was basic… hamburgers, chicken, salads, etc… a bit of something for everyone. Funny thing that was missing from all the menus outside and even right inside the restaurant… no prices. Not until you got in line and were looking up at the menu behind the counters were there prices. 8 to 9 dollars for a burger… just the burger. The place was not that busy(around 3pm) and the line inside split in two. Both sides sell the same food so don’t worry that one side has something different than the other. We ordered a cheese burger, a chicken sandwich, a beer and a water… it came to $ 30 dollars. You would think with all those grills in the place, you would get a fresh hot meal but no… the burgers and chicken were all pre cooked and sitting in trays next to the grill. When we ordered our food, they had pre made plates of tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, etc and slapped on a bun, meat of choice, and a slice of cheese(not nicely melted on the food on the grill) and added fries. That was it… they just slapped it all together and handed it to us. Cold. When my partner ordered his beer, she poured about half a cup and then told us she ran out of that type. She offered to pour a different type of beer or my partner could come back later when they got it working again for the other half of his cup. Really? He opted to just have a different type. When we found a table to sit at, I started to eat my burger and found the bottom to be soggy from pickle juice and water that was on the bottom of my plate. Yuck. That comes from pre assembling things on the plates instead of making it fresh as ordered. I know they are trying to serve as many people as fast as possible but that was a major turn off. Anyway, our food tasted just okay but I am will not be going back to eat here again. Sorry Spice Mill…

The food was only fair. I had a hamburger that spent WAY too much time under the heat lamp. My kids had the standard chicken fingers that were rock hard due to the same heat lamp treatment. The thing the really sucked the life out of us was the time in line. Usually you see a line and join in. This one litterally took us 15 minutes to go 10 yards. Due to the total disengagement of the staff, I warn you now about the Hotel California line. Don’t get into it and waste time. It will go slow. I think the first thing that I should have been warned from are the really unethical menus out front. They show you the food but not the prices. This should have been a warning that something is up. It isn’t until you’re well in that you see the real prices. It didn’t effect us because the lines were short(but took for ever!!). We walked by the first set and then up to the second. Later as we were leaving the lines were out the door and I could tell what was up — show them the fare and after they’ve been there and invested a lot of time, show them the prices. Stay away from this one!

I’m for serious on the verge of giving this place one star, lucky for them, there are few things I dislike more than having to give 1 star reviews. I’ll make it a deuce since they offer two vegetarian meal options, which is pretty uncommon at a theme park. Spice Mill is a cafeteria style dining option located inside Sea World Orlando. My family and I waited in line for 35 minutes; it wrapped around the place and was slow as molasses. I was pretty pumped to get their veggie chili in a sourdough bread bowl(even though it was $ 9) until they told us they were out of bread bowls… but you could still order it without the bread bowl, for $ 1 less. I thought about it, then I saw the size of the replacement«bowl» they used to serve the chili. It was literally the size of a baby food jar. No thanks, you can keep your tablespoon of $ 8 chili, my friend. I’ll take the veggie burger. Erm, let em correct that. It was a petrified veggie burger. Defo something a caveman chiseled out of a rock. It was hard as marble, I picked it up, banged it against my tray, and little gravely rocks came off it. I used over a dozen mustard packet to make thing taste like it wasn’t something the devil made. The service was without a smile, the prices were outrageous… even for a theme park and especially for the lack of quality with the food. Avoid it at all costs. Trust me on this one and bring a sack lunch.
