Worst Publix deli I’ve ever been to. I couldn’t get the sandwich I wanted because the girl didn’t know how to make it. So I changed and asked for an ultimate and she couldn’t do that either. I was trying to tell her what I wanted on it since it just a sandwich. She had to pass it off to someone else so it took my whole lunch break to get it. Will not return.

By far, this is not one of the best Publix locations. However, it’s not one of the worse. I feel that the location may work against them. Customer service is up to par. I always feel welcomed and helped anytime I need it. Morning hours are best. I’m greeted with smiles and a willingness to serve. Fruits and veggies are always fresh which is the main reasons I go here on my way to work. Tip: Don’t allow the location to stop you from shopping here. You’ll be pleasantly surprised and satisfied with your experience.

I’m not from Orlando, I stopped in to grab some goodies to stock my mini fridge in my hotel room. You know conference food, it’s never that great. I thought this was pretty much your typical grocery store. It was clean, decently organized, friendly staff and had the basics I needed. I did not get a totally ghetto feel when I went in, as another reviewer suggested. However this was my Publix experience so I didn’t have much to compare it to. I’m sure there are some nicer, newer stores. But if you need a grocery store for some basic items, I think this is a fine choice if you’re in the area.

The most ghetto publix you will ever visit. Its like the red headed stepchild of the publix grocery chain, most publix stores are clean, quiet, and friendly. The employees here are average but the store is old and gives off that ghetto winn dixie vibe compared to the others, the only one ive been in without a sushi area. I recommend a different grocery store if you can help it.
