I needed my script refilled from another Walgreens Rx, and I drove up to drive thru on Saturday afternoon at 4:30 pm. As soon as I pulled up I was recognized over the speaker that they would be right with me. within moments the pharmacist herself came over to the window and started assisting me. She filled my script in seconds!!! I never even had to leave my car. She then explained that my scripts was under a different name but had the same ingredients. She told me it was my last refill. She was very friendly and efficient. This was a great experience!

Seriously… You don’t have to be a moron to be qualified to work here; but it helps! The pre 9 a.m. Walgreens cashiers seem to purposefully try to stall so that you are painfully close to almost being on-​time for work. They do everything they can to make your life a living hell if you are one of those folks who likes to pop in and out for a Starbucks chilled coffee. The ladies that take their sweet time checking folks out have been known to have lengthy, ridiculous conversations with the person right in front of you, effectively making you late to whatever you are on your way to. Its unprofessional! It’s inconsiderate! And it’s unbelievable that no one has posted this before about this location. Many of my colleagues have experienced the same thing! Have sense enough to avoid this place if you don’t want to loose your temper…

Went to pick up a prescription here and there was a problem with my information. I guess my family usually goes to CVS so they didn’t have any of my information for insurance. Lady at the counter and the pharmacist called up my insurance company and got the neccessary information for me to purchase my medication. Really appreciate their help. Staff is very nice, and with the hour I was there (waited for several prescriptions) I was asked by other employees if I needed help looking for anything.

This is brand new branch right next to the Wachovia Bank on the corner of OBT and Sand Lake Road. Very weird layout though.
