Ralph’s Transfer Home Delivery

Absolutely the worst! Lied all day and didn’t show up to deliver my refrigerator. I took half day off I emptied the fridge Waited for 7 hours Called them 5 times and they lied saying the truck is on its way.

I will never let them deliver a single item to me.

Google them and see all the negative reviews. How are they in business still.

I was a little leery about Ralph’s Transfer Home Delivery after reading the below reviews! However, we just had a new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave delivered by them this past weekend – along with all our old appliances being disconnected & removed – and everything went perfectly! They (Jesus & Freddy) were on the early side of the delivery window; they were courteous, and thorough, and went over our new appliances with us before they left. I couldn’t help but mention to the service technicians about the horrible reviews I had read about them. They explained to me that that was due to an error several months ago where 8 EXTRA trailers FILLED with appliances were delivered to them a while back, which were not on schedule, and they miraculously had to fit them all in the delivery schedule somehow! They all worked X-​tra hours, did everything they could to get them delivered, and took a lot of grief from all their customers. That was understandable, but unfair, since the error was not on their end. I told Jesus that I would put a good word in for them, as we have nothing but good to say about them! Thank you for the good service, Ralph’s Transfer Company!

Absolutely the worst delivery company in the history of the earth. So far two failed delivery attempts and lies when I am able to talk to someone about why they have not arrived. I ordered a new refrigerator from GE and had no idea that Ralph’s would be delivering. If I had I would not have purchased. Don’t walk, RUN from this company!!!
