Impressive in a bad way. Should have known better when I walked into a bike shop with no bikes on display. My son needed a crank changed out on his unicycle. we handed the parts to the girl at the store. It took her four times walking into the back to figure out which way the front of the unicycle was. After several tries, she got the old crank off and then nearly stripped the new part putting it on. She also nearly stripped one of the pedals as well. $ 16 later, the crank is on wrong and we’re worried that our new parts may be useless. Don’t go there. You’ve been warned. If I could give no stars, I would.
