Warning! Ruby Tuesday is placing a new tool to confuse diners into purchasing something they’re not aware of. The«Ziosk» terminal is touted as a convenience, but it’s really an underhanded way to charge customers extra for nothing. We encountered this«bonus» for the first time yesterday. There was no explanation, it was just there. Fooling around with the screen(as you’re likely to do waiting for your food), my wife got to a screen that said«games». She touched it and a notice popped up that said she had just purchased a game. She got out of it immediately. After eating, the server said«your total is XXX.» No printed receipt, just verbal. I asked if she’d been charged for the Ziosk game and he said yes. There is parental controls on this Ziosk terminal, and do not notify users of the fee beforehand.

Ordered the chicken with broccoli and pasta with cream sauce, without the chicken. The waitress hooked me up on the price. The food is always seasoned really well.

I usually get the side item meal and the salad bar. This time I tried their new brussel sprouts with cheese, so good. The salad bar is always super fresh, the wait staff is friendly. It’s a great place for lunch or when your short on time because you can be in and out quickly and food is always yummy.

Only thing I had was the soup & salad for lunch every time I come here.

Haven’t been to Ruby Tuesday’s in a while. Wife had the shrimp and grits, it was really good. I had the salad bar, it was clean and good. Our waitress, Casie was really sweet and did an outstanding job. Good night at a chain resteraunt.

After taking a ride on my new bike I realized I had not eaten all day and asked the wife what she was in the mood for. She said she had a coupon for Ruby Tuesday and since we have not been there in a while… Off we went… We made it just as it started to rain so we dashed for the door. We thought about it and decided to just take a seat at the bar. The bartender was very personable and greeted us immediately. Iced tea with lime for me and mama wanted some hot water with lemon. While looking over the menu we met the most interesting couple at the bar. He was a local and she just moved to the area and we told them about the place we dined at Saturday night. After a bit of chit chat we finally let the bartender know what we wanted. It was a Spicy Jalapeño Pretzel Cheeseburger and fries for mama and a Black & Blue Bacon Pretzel Burger with fries and a salad bar for me. We were brought some of those yummy biscuits to get us started. I made my way to the salad bar and everything looked nice and fresh. The first plate I picked up had a speck of dirt on it so I grabbed another plate and it was clean. I made a salad to my liking. They have too many salad dressing choices taking up space that could be used for other items. While eating my salad, my wife ordered a bloody Mary and I will have to take her word for it since I can’t drink but she said it was made to her liking. When our burgers arrived, I can’t say I was overly impressed with the presentation. The fries were a bit under cooked and my wife’s burger was overcooked. To make matters worse, her bun was dry as if it sat under the heat lamp too long. I tasted her burger and it was OK but I was not overly impressed. My burger was cooked right but the presentation was Meh. My bun was not dried out like my wife’s so I have a feeling hers was made and they waited on mine to be finished. Service — 5 Salad Bar — 3.5 Spicy Jalapeño Burger — 3 Black & Blue Burger — 3 fries — 2 Bloody Mary — 4 To be fair, we have been to this Ruby Tuesday several times in the past and this is the first time the food was not up to its usual par. Normally the food is cooked just right and the presentation is much better. I suspect this was just an off day. Even though we don’t come here often, we’ll be back but I sure hope they are back to the same standards we have come to expect from Ruby Tuesday.

I come here for the salad bar and salmon. I love a good salad and they provide everything you need to make a great salad, lettuce, bacon,… and some other stuff. I usually don’t order seafood in chain restaurants for their tendency to overcook meat but the bourbon salmon is always cooked perfectly. My husband always gets a burger and he seems to enjoy it every time. I wish I could offer more reviews on other items but the salmon is so good I find no reason to try anything else. Staff is always friendly, service is good, location is clean(wouldn’t recommend a salad bar if it wasn’t) and sign up for their club online they send you coupons.

I remember going to a Ruby Tuesday when I was a child. It was a great experience, the burger was delicious. Then I tried it again as a teenager and it was horrible. Well, my wife signed up for their emails and we got a free burger coupon. I arrived in this Ruby Tuesday and noticed that it looked classy and elegant, yet welcoming and simple. I was surprised since I expected something more like Chili’s or Friday’s. The service was very good. At the front door you are welcomed by a salad bar. The salad bar is the reason this review is at 4 stars instead of 3. It’s hard to find a good salad bar, and Ruby Tuesday has nailed it. My wife ordered the salmon and has since ordered the salmon here multiple times. She says it always comes back perfectly cooked. She’s really a stickler for not overcooking food. So her praise of the salmon is high praise. I ordered the burger and it was good. Nothing to write home about, but it was above average. I have since ordered the steak as well and it is normally good as well. If I were to offer constructive criticism, I would say that the burgers should be thicker. I know many people like the 5 Guy’s style burgers, but I like a nice thick and juicy burger. Anyhow, their service is very good. The drinks are usually made well. It’s a nice place and worth checking out. Oh, and there’s real crumbled bacon at the salad bar… BACON!

I have a good review for tonight. We had. a party of 5. Every one enjoyed what they ordered. I had the blackened tilapia. It was cooked perfectly not incinerated. It was a good meal all around.

I am not into Ruby Tuesday but I do come here from time to time for their salad bar. Their menu looks amazing but the taste does doesn’t match the picture. At this particular location the place reeks to high heaven. I have no idea what it is but there is a foul smell every time I eat there. I like that they let you supplement your salad with minor items off the lunch menu for a decent price. The service is usually great. I have never had a bad experience here from the service. But that smell… I wish they would do something about it.

Awesome lunch made more awesome by a nice waiter Mr.Israel. Good food and nice atmosphere. The waiter Israel was super attentive which made our visit exceptional. Good portions, tasty food and good choices. A salad bar is a necessity in all places is my personal opinion…2.99 extra for salads is not at all a bad extra to pay.

Great salad bar. And if you are watching calories, one plate is about 250 calories without crutons and only oil and vinegar! NOTE: anytime you have any salad, greens are great, what kills you is the salad dressings, so if you can stick to vinegar and black pepper! Also if you sit at the bar its less expensive than at a table.

Five stars for service and two stars for food. The steak I had was mystery meat, but our waitress was worth her weight in gold. Kind, attentive, helpful.

Came here in a hurry bc I needed a salad … My husband told me they had a salad bar and I was around the area so I stopped and got more than a salad. Orders the grilled chicken with zucchini + salad … I was not disappointed !!! Place is pretty, service was nice … Not my kind of place to come eat but I do recommend it for families to come and enjoy a savory meal! Nice one ruby Tuesdays ! Very pleased !

I think I’ve spent my whole life thinking that Ruby Tuesdays is an old people restaurant. I really don’t know why, but if you think that, too, then I’m here to tell you you are wrong! Or, I’ve finally reached old-people status. Either way, I’m glad I’ve come around. In short, they are clean with a great salad bar. Their menu also offers up wonderful healthy options, which I appreciate. If you’re counting calories, try the spaghetti squash marinara, it’s fabulous. The fish tacos are also great and not too heavy. They also have a full-liquor bar for those of you who like that sort of thing(like me). Don’t be scared if you’re looking for deep fried, creamy, artery clogging food, it’s also available for your gluttonous pleasure.

Came here to eat with the fiancé on his lunch break. The first thing I thought of when entering the restaurant was«why does this place smell like a public restroom?». Anyways, it does get pretty packed for lunch but service was quick and efficient. There were some lunch meals which offered the unlimited salad bar. Pretty decent as there were lots of options you could ever want on a salad :). I got the ruby minis(and that came with the salad bar) which is basically two mini beef burgers and a side of fries. The burgers and fries were decent; the quality is quite reasonable for the price. I wouldn’t go here everyday, but I will stop by again.

Great Service, Great Food. If you want something light for lunch, try the Mini Hamburgers with French Fries… perfect amount of perfection. I also added the salad bar, which was a great variety of greens.

Ruby Tuesday has one of the best salad bars I’ve seen at a restaurant. I like their hamburger mini’s with salad bar because the portion of meat is right. My husband like the bigger burger because they’ll make it rare for him. The restaurant booths are really nice, you feel like you are being catered to at this restaurant. The staff is pretty good, especially in the bar where they’ll check that the cook is making your burger correctly. They have a tempting brunch that we’ve not tried yet – its hard to get excited about breakfast calories. Good deserts. There’s really nothing special here beside the salad bar and atmosphere, still, we visit now and then.

Ruby Tuesday never disappoints. Only restaurant with a freshly stocked salad bar that you don’t have to wait patiently for. Always clean, always good customer service. Decent food at a fair price. This particular location had an excellent bartender.

Once upon a time… I was fond of Ruby Tuesday. Not any more. The last straw was lunch for me at Ruby. I had order the combinations they offered that comes with the salad bar, which, I must agreed is the best thing they have on the menu. Isn’t it sad when the best thing they have on the menu are items that they don’t have to cook or add season, but rather the customer serves and CREATETHEMSELVES… yes… sad indeed. Then comes the Ruby Minis — a mini burger essentially. I have taken a picture of it. I am disappointed. My mini burger came with a quarter of a slice of an american cheese. A quarter within a slice of american cheese!!! I mean, even the MCDs filet o fish comes with more cheese than that. Although they dont offer with it, i dont understand why lettuce and tomatoes aren’t part of the stack for the Ruby Minis. I thought Ruby Tuesdays was reinventing themselves… seems like they still have a lot to learn. The ruby mini was the last straw. Please take a look at the pitiful burger on photos.
