+ Amazing coffee + Fresh and delicious avacado + Awesome service This was just a wonderful breakfast. I had the whole pitcher of coffee with the hazelnut creamers and sugar in the raw as well as the simply delicious avocado bread and some lemon water. I left full, energized, and ready for the day! The server was attentive and quick, the food came out fast, and the price was nice. Their kitchen is ridiculously organized. I mean, it’s so nice I can’t believe people are aiming their cameras down instead of instagram’ing the perfection of that kitchen. I’ll bet it’s even alphabetically sorted… oh yeah… *ahem* Will def. return if we’re in the area and would recommend to anyone who wanted a healthy breakfast with some banging coffee.

This place serves delicious, quality breakfasts and lunches. If you love Keke’s, but feel guilty at times due to the extra carbs, be sure to check out this place. Healthy and tasty eating options. Great freshly made juices and near perfect service. Coffee could be better and cleanliness as well. When were seated, my cup had an orange stain which was easily scrapped off(probably food). Asides from that… great. Had the Floridian French toast which were savory and didn’t disappoint. Also the Kale Tonic juice was delicious.

1st time for breakfast. Well on breakfast I seem to stick to my favorite, French toast and crispy bacon and got a cucumber mint juice. Let’s start with the juice, loved the flavor, you taste both. It’s on the sweet side but good. The bacon, well what can you say bad about bacon unless your a vegan lol, it was crisp and good flavor. The French toast was very good. It came with a blueberry & blackberry syrup but I stick to maple. Food was good and the service was good too. Will be back

I was shocked when I found out this was a chain restaurant… food was absolutely delicious, healthy, and fresh. Most certainly deserving of five stars. I loved the outdoor patio and our server was wonderful. She was attentive, didn’t mind our complicated order and constantly changing decisions, and even had a sense of humor despite it all. We asked how many«First Watch» locations there were, and instead of saying«Oh I don’t know» she actually found out and reported back to us a couple minutes later(230FYI, completely shocking since I’ve never heard of it). As for the food, well, I had a terrible time deciding what to get because everything looked so appetizing. Even though it’s a breakfast and lunch restaurant, there are so many options for either meal that you will definitely want to nibble off of your neighbor’s plate just to try another dish. The Kale Tonic is PERFECTION. Yes, I said it. Perfection. I was planning on getting the carrot juice but unfortunately they were all out of ingredients, so it leaves me something to try next time! Everyone at my table loved their meals and left full and satisfied. The salads all looked good, especially the kale salad which is fantastic and comes with a very unique maple dressing. The french toast is topped with kiwis, strawberries, and bananas, and served with a berry sauce so if you have a sweet tooth, this is a terrific choice. Prices I found were all very reasonable, especially when you know that what you are getting is both tasty and delicious. I can confidently say that you will not be disappointed by First Watch, especially this location which is conveniently located near University of Central Florida, and I am looking forward to trying more next time!

I am not a chain restaurant fan – until now. When I went to First Watch I thought it was just a regional little place with a few restaurants. .. little did I know there are(thankfully) 230! Only a breakfast and lunch place, you won’t be disappointed with either feast. We especially enjoy the«pick two» lunch option where you can select a half sandwich, salad or soup for under $ 8. My fabulous kale salad and half market veggie sandwich completely satisfied – and I was grateful for the pick two choice since I couldn’t decide which thing to order! The maple dressing on the salad had a perfect, strong maple flavor to balance with the kale and roasted veggies on the salad. The veggies on the market sandwich were tossed in a creamy sauce that made them melt in your mouth. Others at the table enjoyed the french toast(topped with fresh banana, kiwi and strawberries), an open face chicken salad sandwich and side of greens, and the half Monterey club sandwich and Santa Fe salad. To top off the meal we enjoyed a fresh juice: Kale Tonic. Delicious green juice of kale, cucumber, lemon and Fuji apple. I can’t wait to try more when I am at a location that has this fresh, locally sourced restaurant.

Very good and healthy food options. The avocado toast is to die for! And the egg benedicts are also great. There are also options that aren’t healthy for those that enjoy pancakes and waffles. Unfortunately, there is always a long wait on the weekend but it is completely worth the wait. The service is always good! Would recommend 100%

Absolutely my favorite breakfast spot so far. Love the healthy food selection. Tried half the items so far. I go on the weekends and try to get there before 10:00 because they get very busy after that.

Really? Kinda sad that the breakfast thing is SO popular and no one seems to be able to get it right. Mediocre food at best. Eat at home if you like flavor. What used to be a «local-ish» type place just became another chain of restaurants that craps out food to the masses and is able to stay open because of the initial hype they developed when they«were» good.

First off I want to mention that I have driven by this place many times and I thought it was a walk in clinic or a weight loss center. The name is interesting. We came around 11 am on a Monday and by the time we left there was a ten minute wait for a table. We were seated quickly and the food also came as quickly expected for them making it as you order. Service was very unobtrusive and friendly. Everyone had a smile and let us enjoy the meal without constantly checking in. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I got the chickichanga which was just excellent. The sauce on it was incredible and the mix of flavors inside really blended well. It came with some seasoned potatoes and a small cup of fruit but I left almost too full. I also had a glass of orange juice which has just a bit of pulp in it. I don’t like pulp but it is freshly squeezed so that is expected and it did not bother me in the slightest. I also tried the breakfast tacos and they were equally as delicious. Everything is very fresh and somehow the flavors combine in a very complimentary and explosive way. I highly recommend checking this place out. Reasonable pricing, excellent service and food, and a great atmosphere. Perfect breakfast or brunch place.

It’s a little pricey but if you’re looking for a healthy and delicious breakfast First Watch definitely hits the spot. I love getting the quinoa power bowl because I always have left overs for later. Always a plus since I’m out of my house for most of the day.

Very good food slightly exaggerated prices. Service — it was supposed to be about a 25 minute wait when we were put on a waitlist. They apparent lack use an App to show your place in line. Unfortunately, we went from 10th in line to no place in line. We went to the counter to tell them, and they no longer had us on the list! The hostess recognized me and apologized for the mixup, and when we paid our bill at the end the cashier also had remembered me and apologized. Well it was nice that all the staff members were aware of the mixup and apologized sincerely, it would’ve been nicer if they comped us a free $ 2.39 coffee or something. — prices ran several dollars more than most breakfast places in Orlando. For example, $ 9 got you one, yes just one, pancake, two eggs and only one piece of breakfast meat(Choice of sausage link, turkey sausage link, or bacon). — the food is excellent. Our party had eggs owner easy and scrambled, both very good. The blueberry pancake was particularly tasty. — we will probably be back when we want something slightly different than he usual breakfast, but this place is a little too crowded and overpriced for a regular visit. — one other thing: there corporate attempt at showing charity shows cheapness. The placards at each table bragged that for the month of November, $.10 from every pumpkin pancake ordered will be donated to a particular charity. One, it’s now November, which means they have not updated their ads in two months, and two, $.10 out of a $ 5 pancake or $ 10 order of pancakes and eggs? Really? Oh how generous they are for donating less than 1% of the ticket an entrée, which really means it’s about one half a percent of their gross sales for that month. The placards bragging about their generosity probably cost more than their actual donations to the charity. That’s kind of like a company buying a two million dollar Super Bowl commercial timeslot to brag that they gave $ 50,000 to a cancer research for puppies! Yes, I’m blowing this out of proportion, but my point is the company was cheesy for bragging about $.10 donations.

I usually enjoy first watch however today’s wait was ridiculous. It was said that it was only 35 – 40 minutes however it was more like an hour. The seasonal specials were a pumpkin pancake breakfast, butternut squash bisque along with a Few other items. I contribute the long wait to the fact that all the out of town alumni and families were here for the homecoming game. We waited so long that we did not even stay and went somewhere else to eat. But I won’t take away stars because like I said, there usually awesome. I would suggest ordering take out or calling in ahead of time to check wait times.

If you are looking for a healthier option for brunch, this is the place for you. I have always liked the pumpkin flavored everything that comes with the Fall. The pumpkin pancake didn’t disappoint, I also got the chicken sausage and scrambled eggs. I also got a watermelon juice, that had cucumbers and beats in it. It was great, especially for someone like me who isn’t a big fan of vegtables. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, so you have to get there before 2.

Highly recommend trying this place. The place actually seems like it could be an optometrist office just because their sun logo looks similar to an eye contact solution. I highly suggest trying the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Power Bowl. So good and perfect portion for breakfast or lunch. Also the Kale Tonic was really delicious too. Makes you feel awake and energized. Overall, service is very nice, welcoming, and polite. The setup seems like an upscale Denny’s but of course the food here was way more delicious and better for you. All their items sounded very good. Definitely recommend this place!

I really like this restaurant. They tend not to have average diner breakfast and lunch items but instead do interesting versions of classic dishes. My favorites are the bacon, tomato, and avocado hash as well as the whole grain pancakes. As I said you want find corned beef hash or country ham and gravey but the dishes they do serve are tasty and tend to be healthier than the average breakfast Faire. Be warned that the UCF location is popular on weekends so be ready for a wait. A pro tip is to download their app and put your name on the list before you head over.

It was early and we were craving good food. My wife gave the Eggs Florentine a shot, it came with a flat iron steak. It was portioned in what is probably a healthy portion, but I always want more! It was tasty and she seemed to enjoy it, not enough to share much. I ordered the Beefeater. This has been on the menu for some time. It is always good. The potatoes are never really awesome, but they’re usually fairly good. This time they came back a little burnt, which threw off the flavor of the entire plate. I should note that I like crispy, but this was charred. Actually, I usually even like charred, especially on something like a steak. But this was beyond that. I’m fairly certain they would have fixed the problem if I mentioned it, but I was in a rush. Despite the occasional mishap, this place rocks. The portions are just filling enough. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Love breakfast but nutrition in a good meal can be a problem. First Watch has a wide variety of healthy food options such as whole grain, egg whites, turkey and quinoa. The whole grain carrot cake pancakes are amazing(Trifecta with egg white and turkey sausage as well), it huge so half was enough. I also got OJ/carrot fresh juice which was refreshing. Topi don’t feel lethargic after your meal here which is a great feeling! Recommend for all the people trying to stay healthy! If you don’t care about that… there are a ton of other places I prefer(check previous reviews) 4 stars for healthy options.

After my lackluster visit back in the fall, I am happy to say that our visit this time around was much more relaxed and an overall positive experience. We had about a short 10 minute wait on a Sunday morning(they take your cell phone number and text you when your table is ready) but from the time we were seated, we placed our orders and received our drinks and entrees pretty quickly. I ordered the Trifecta and customized mine to have scrambled eggs, 2 links of turkey sausage and a cranberry nut pancake. Everything was delicious. The pancake was so filling and hearty on its own. I didn’t even need any syrup as the butter was more than enough to sweeten it. I ordered an iced coffee but wasn’t a fan. It tasted like premade out of a carton so I barely touched it. And it was way too sweet. Good to know for next time! Upon checkout, I had a special gift credit to use and the girl ringing us up didn’t know how to enter it in the system so she decided to ask the 4 – 5 employees next to her and they all went back and forth over if they could take it or not. That was slightly annoying but they eventually honored it and I went on my merry way. Overall, I would eat here again but would definitely try to arrive early to beat the crowds especially on Sunday!

This place is PERFECT for brunch! Just time yourself accordingly because it was a full house when I came in around 1pm and they close at 2:30pm hehe. My friend, Sean, and I didn’t have to wait too long though! It was only ten minutes. I was pleased with the fast service. The menu is a little pricier than your usual IHOP or Denny’s, but everything is so much more healthier, tastier, and FRESHER! I had a tall glass of OJ, which was $ 4 but SOWORTHIT. You can totally tell from the first sip that their orange juice is 100% freshly squeezed, just perfect to prepare for day two of EDC for me! I ordered their Belgian waffle with scrambled eggs and a sausage link. By golly, their description didn’t lie when they said«airy light Belgian waffle». It really was fluffy and light! If you get full by half of a Belgian waffle, you’ll be able to gobble this up with no problem, on top of those scrambled eggs and savory sausage link! I didn’t feel the need to force myself to finish the last bites of my meal, I happily did so and felt perfectly recharged! Also, the berry spread and butter they serve with the waffle amped it up! I love when a diner serves some GOODREAL whipped butter, and the berries gave it a nice little tangy kick. Perfect waffle combo, I must say.

First Watch, the breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, has added three new seasonal menu items that will be available through Sunday, August 17. In addition to the food offerings, long time fans of First Watch will be happy to know that the brand has finally added Iced Coffee to the menu that is available year round. Those new menu items include the BLT Benedict, Shrimp and Grits, and the Bruleed Banana Waffle. The BLT Benedict is served with two poached eggs on toasted ciabatta with bacon, tomato, hollandaise sauce, lemon-dressed arugula, avocado slices, fresh herbs, and includes a side of fresh seasonal fruit. I really liked the flavors and textures of this dish and would certainly order it again. The ciabatta added a nice crispy layer of support for all of the toppings. The Shrimp & Grits features sautéed shrimp and Andouille sausage in a Cajun low-country reduction with house-roasted tomatoes, onions, peppers, corn and fresh herbs on Cheddar Parmesan cheesy grits served with ciabatta toast. First Watch has done a pretty good job of creating an authentic«Low Country» shrimp and grits. The flavors were light and fresh with an earthy note, and the Andouille sausage added the right amount of spice. The Bruleed Banana Waffle is a light and airy waffle that is topped with caramelized bruleed bananas, brown sugar glazed bacon, a sweet cream sauce drizzle and bacon-infused syrup. This was really good, but it was really sweet. I like sweets, but this was too much for me. I recommend you order this and split it with at least one other person.
