Textbook Solutions

Upon walking in textbook solutions, I found a raw cement floor and miscellaneous items like a few cinder blocks laying around. If it was air conditioned, it sure wasn’t much.
The books are behind an L-​shaped counter behind the employees, so you cannot merely browse, but must be helped. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that… except the employee was unable to lookup my needed book with their system without the ISBN number he told me.
Now keep in mind that Gray’s, CB&S, and the UCF bookstore all have their stuff out for open inspection, but they also have things organized by class alphabetically, ie ACG (accounting) all together. Furthermore, they have the have the class and teacher information adjacent to the required textbook (s) for that course. The employees can also look up what you need if you are having trouble (and I have taken advantage of this at ²⁄₃ of the aforementioned competitors).
So after I recovered my password and used my phone to look up the actual ISBN number of my class, they of course did not have it. Needless to say I am displeased that knowing my class #, section, and teacher didn’t help me get in and out quickly. Without question they sell the vast majority of their stock to UCF, but do not makes things easy.
tldr; The place is a dump and have your ISBN numbers handy to buy anything. I will not be returning.
