Well I had to keep calling the office but they got me in the same day… and the crown that fell off wasn’t theirs! More X-rays taken than I’d prefer, but they attempted to work with me. Office manager on top of things. Again, staff was fantastic, both front office and hygienists, dentist and dental assistants. So, other than not returning calls, no complaints.

This past visit I received my second permanent crown, had a teeth cleaning and a fluoride treatment. All was down efficiently, proficiently and with a smile. the people at Sage from the Dentist, the assistants, the hygienist. the office staff are very friendly and do their best to make you calm and comfortable because they know that going to the dentist«can be traumatic». Thank you for a good experience.

Avoid at all costs! They push their own plan and sell you cleaning services that won’t be covered by your insurance. They don’t verify it ahead of time and the bill came to $ 2000 for deep cleaning!!! They tell you that you need more done than you come in for, very used-car-salesman approach.

Really did not want to go back to last dentist so picked another dentist in my network so here I am and I want be back here either. The machine was not working total X-rays and I ended up in the doctor office from 8am until about 11:45 with the majority of that time just sitting in the chair WAITING!!!

I was not happy with the outcome of my visit as a new patient at the Windermere Sage Dental. I waited a few weeks to get in for a basic cleaning and x rays. I made an appointment for my partner as well. I almost didn’t get my cleaning, I was told my appointment was running into the next and recieved a quick partial cleaning, if it would even qualify as that, certainly the least through basic cleaning I have even gotten in the 30 or more I have had. My partner left with no cleaning. It was all I could do to get him there and then most of the time was spent telling him what other work he needed and In my opinion he was talked into waiting until other work was done. They did take his full payment for a cleaning and sais they would credit him $ 20 when he returned. In my opinion the new patient offer is just to get you in the door. They then try to sell you Dental Insurance and(More time is spent on that than on your cleaning for sure. I fell as though it is a numbers game for them just running people through as quickly as they can.
