Thank you for the reply, but that is not quite the way of it. I recall asking several times if I will be able to wear my hair up which I needed to for work. And you did say yes, which I could not wear my hair up without the big beads showing. I only went back for a coloring because after my first color my roots did not match the rest of my hair. I appreciate you trying to work with me, but in the end it was just not what I expected. alot of money spent and I was never truly happy with the outcome. I had to start wearing hats an bandanas to cover the beads. It was probably the wrong choice for me all together.

Knew how to properly care for my hair and scalp. Going back to get a touch up when ready. Highly recommended. Many hair services to choose from.

My experience in this hair salon was really really BAD! the Lady named Sandy washed my hair carelessly and it took her only 2minutes to shampoo and condition it(my hair was still dirty). she was so in rush for the next customer that she started Ironing my hair without drying it well… again it took her about 2min to dry my very big thick afro hair. After all this she charged me double the price stated on their website. when i asked her why double the price then she said because my hair was thick and the price on the website is just the minimum price as they can call any price to hair style they make. Please guys be aware of this before going there. Sandy seem to only concern on how much money to steal from you! sorry for my bad English as English is not my mother tongue ;)

I don’t even know where to start –_– I’m so upset with my experience and couldn’t wait to get out of there. I’m pretty sure I left burn marks on the ground from running so fast. The owner Sandy is less than friendly and for someone who has 22 yrs experience and calls themselves a master stylist… could’ve fooled me. A blind guy could probably do a better job if not about the same. I grew up with stylists in the family and am a esthetician and have had my hair done by many stylists. Some good, some bad, but this was ugly. The worst ever in my life. A multicultural salon it says on the sign but she specializes more in weaves and it shows. My partial highlight and root touch up was 150 $ and that’s after the 25% off for being a first time customer. Honestly have never paid that much except for a few high end salons that I knew would make sure my hair looked good, actually I paid a lot more but knew I was going to get what I paid for. After all, you show your work and passion through hair as a stylist and when people ask you where you got that gorgeous style at you want them to refer you right? Clearly this lady could care less about her work. She applied the foils and after sitting there for 45 minutes processing she didn’t check once to see if they were lifting. After she took the foils out my hair looked the same!!! Lol. it didn’t lift. And she was going to leave me like that too but I said, «ma’am, it didn’t do anything» after all she suggested the highlights when I asked for a all over lift. Anyways she did it again. This time used different stuff. It lifted all right! To a orange, some blond and blotchy color. She didn’t even Tone it!!! Its awful looking. Before all this happened I purchased a groupon special she had for a keratin treatment that I saw while I was there fidgeting with my phone. She said yes it’s 129. I can do it later. I bought it as she was doing my hair today. After I bought it she told me it would cost additional 25 bucks per half ounce for the keratin. So pretty much another 50 bucks. Why do shady business like that. Wait till after I buy it to tell me it would be more?! Anyways I left very unhappy but the nice girl that I am still tipped her. I was there for five hours and you can be the judge and decide if you want your hair to look like mine. :(I am going to get it fixed tomorrow at another place and hopefully she can fix this. I sent a pic of my hair to my cousin who used to be my stylist before moving to California and she was disgusted with how orange, uneven and blotchy it is. Not worth the time or money. I cancelled my future groupon with the master stylist of this awful place. If youre reading this Sandy, you should take better care of your clients. I’d be ashamed as a esthetican and makeup artist to let my client leave looking like a hot mess the way you let me. #peace love and karma
